Poor "Deluxe" Gazebo and response of Oztrail.

I ordered a "Deluxe" Gazebo online and it had multiple faults despite having a sticker stating passed inspection. I wrote direct to Oztrail enclosing photographs and they simply fobbed me off back to the intermediary company I purchased it through and had no interest in the defects in their product. I will never buy from this company again as they do not care and I wasted my time trying to inform them of their problems. Advice is inspect all metal parts very carefully for poor manufacture and damage before buying. Also do not expect help from Oztrail when defective.
