Software is a joke. Buggy when you start getting technical with it. It doesn't send data properly via webhook. Customer support is a joke if you ever need to fix anything. Billing model is a scam and a JOKE!

Expect to have to pay for EVERYTHING.

You want and API? UGRADE.
You want to store more than 300 lead? UPGRADE.
You want to export your own contacts? UPGRADE.
You want to do anything above the base layer? UPGRADE.

Expect to pay $600+ as a moderate user. So dumb these guys will be out of business in 2 years. People will just build their own funnel app with AI and save the monthly reoccurring scam costs.

Perspective is, in principle, a solid and well-designed funnel software. We’ve been using it for a while and were generally happy with the core product.

However, the moment you run into a serious technical issue, everything falls apart.

We are currently facing a critical display issue caused by Perspective’s own iFrame code when integrating the funnel into our website. This is not an issue with our setup, our code, or our software stack – it’s clearly a problem within their generated iFrame. Errors can happen, that’s not the problem.

The real issue is the support.

We have now been waiting over 7 days for a solution. During this time, our revenue is directly blocked, because we cannot launch ads to this funnel. For a funnel software – where the entire purpose is to generate leads and revenue – this is an absolute no-go.

All we receive are vague responses like:

“We’ll get back to you as soon as we have an update.”

No concrete timeline.
No transparency.
No indication that someone is actually looking into the issue in depth.

Given that this is an iFrame-related problem, it will likely affect many users, not just us. Yet the issue does not seem to be treated with any urgency or seriousness.

The lack of communication and ownership is what makes this so frustrating. After a full week of being stalled, with zero progress and zero clarity, we are now forced to look for an alternative solution.
Therefore, cannot recommend this software.

Perspective support is terrible. I requested to close my account and get a refund less than a day after the payment went through. The responded telling me they cannot refund and than proceeded to close my account even though I just paid for a month and they rejected the offer to refund...

They hit my credit card after the 14 day trial without any notification. I was going to cancel the product since it didn't even get but one appointment even though I spent over $2k in ad spend.

It's a fine service but even their lowest tier is expensive. They provide a 20% discount for an annual plan, which I purchased. However, after 30 days, I realized I didn't need this robust of a tool for the simple things I was doing. I attempted to cancel and obtain a partial refund but was told no. Apparently, you only have 14-days to cancel. This cancellation period is NOT listed in their terms & conditions or anywhere on their site that I can find. When chatting with customer service, they just kept telling me my 'account was open for longer than the cancellation period' but they wouldn't actually state what the cancellation period was for my plan. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this was a $564 investment. I wish they were more clear about the terms. If you go with them, I suggest going month to month initially until you're sure you're getting the value from the tool.

It seemed ok in the beginning, but then I started to get “sync errors” while building my funnel. Error prompted to refresh the page. After each refresh my changes disappeared and work was unsaved. After the 7th time I got this error multiple pages of my funnel became blank.

I suggest to avoid that product and invest time in alternatives.

Amazing platform. Best conversion rate we've seen across all funnel builders. Very easy to use and streamlines fulfilment.

Although it clearly says 30 days Free Trial I got charged CAD 7.02 right upon signup. I am not even interested to see or try any of their shit...
Deceptive, scammy and unprofessional

I really like Perspective, it has an excellent way of visualizing landing page design. It’s a great alternative to boring forms, making them more dynamic and helping capture truly valuable leads.
I’ve already shared two suggestions with the development team, and I really appreciate that they provide a space to connect with users and are so open to feedback.

I'm part of a small business. We started using Perspective for our sales funnels. Initially, I thought why would you pay a monthly fee for a landing page builder? After I experienced perspective, I understand.
