Good Service - but it takes time
In my case, I ordered a Sony camera to Austria. The process was smooth overall, but it took about 4 weeks from order to arrival—longer than the promised 8–15 business days. Communication through WhatsApp worked, but replies often came with delays. On the positive side, I saved around 35% compared to local shops, and the camera works perfectly.
Overall, I’d recommend PhotoFury if you want to save money and don’t mind waiting a bit longer for delivery. It’s a good option, but patience is required.

Pretty good service in the end
Pretty good service in the end. Would have liked to have a bit more understanding of the process of delivery. I assume the product came from Hong Kong but I never really knew so felt a bit uneasy. However delivery arrived. Contents not checked as it’s a Christmas present.
