I hired PMU Launch based on promises made by Renato, including a refund if results were not achieved (no questions asked). I followed all instructions, but the system did not perform as promised. The marketing content was basic, very low quality, and the scripts were overly pushy and did not fit my brand.
When I raised concerns about results, Renato responded in a rude and disrespectful manner, using incorrect data and basically attacking me in a group meeting. Support afterward focused on defending the team and putting all the blame on me rather than resolving the problem. The termination process lacked clarity, and I was charged for a few additional months because I was not informed I needed to cancel platform access separately.
What was delivered was not worth the $5,600 paid, plus required ad spend. My experience did not match what was promised at all. If you want to work with them, think again.

I’m not one to write reviews.. even if I have a negative experience with a company, I try to be understanding and think.. maybe that person was just having a bad day… but that is absolutely not the case here.

This company is pushy, forceful and don’t care about anything you have to say. They do not accept “no” as an answer. Think of an old car salesman who says anything to get a sale.

Once I signed up with them, I immediately got a pit in my stomach. I expressed how I think I made a wrong decision.. I read the contract and wondered if I could keep up since I was soo sick with my third pregnancy.

I ugly cried to the owner, Renato, being so overwhelmed with buyer’s remorse but he shut me down and “assured me” it was no big deal.. if I don’t make all my money back, he’ll refund me no questions asked. (Over $5,000 mind you)

They make promises they can’t keep. - my numbers were awful, cost per lead was extremely high and I had to fight multiple times asking them to make it right.

They “guarantee” you’ll make all your money back or they’ll fully refund you, “no questions asked”

They will not refund one single penny- they will just say you need to give them more time since there was “such a slow start” or “you didn’t comply with our contract”

The owner, Renato, literally even says in one of their training videos.. you will not win their lawyers. They have their asses covered ☝🏼

I wish I would have gone with my gut and said no, but I was so desperate for my business to succeed.

I’ve been working with Pmu for quite a while. They have very competent advisors to help you along the way if something isn’t working, they make adjustments to change and are always looking out for their clients. Best interest.

Obsessed with PMU- this is by far the best business decision and investment I have EVER made. I am a single provider, and made my initial 90 day trial investment back within the first 7 days of ads being live, and I signed up for a year contract with them and they performed spectacularly month after month. I am not in my second year contract with them and have not experienced a single dip. In fact, I am busier and consistently making more than I ever have in my decades-long business. I am currently completely booked out 6 months in advance and am looking at hiring a team and growing into multiple locations and none of this would have happened without PMU.

I have been burned in the past- I lost over 30k to 6 other marketing agencies in a 6 month period all failing to uphold their promises. Have ever had that a single time with PMU- and they have strategized with me far beyond just marketing. They are true spa consultants and what they do works if you trust the process and show up for your part.

I am getting ready to train therapists globally and will be referring every single one of them to use PMU!
