Bought a printer with extended warranty, they were very nice when placing the order, when I wanted to use the extended warranty, they showed their real colours, don't trust them, they only love your money, they don't care about you once make a claim, SHAME ON YOU GUYS, MONEY MAKERS ONLY, SHAME SHAME. We ordered a new toner as per your web site, but on receipt toner does not fit and is incorrect toner, we requested to return for a refund as you do not have correct toner for this printer and refund refused.
We trust the information on your web site is correct, however this is not correct and your customer service response was unacceptable.

I placed an order for a printer but cancelled during the phone call from the company. The salesperson strongly pushed me to buy their toner and warned me that using other brands would void the warranty. The way this was presented felt forceful and made it uncomfortable.
I also checked their website and saw no mention of such a warranty condition. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of their customers also mention being called and pressured to buy toner. This seems to be a recurring issue.
I were okay with buying the printer, but their pushy sales tactic and unclear warranty information made me lose trust

Very quick delivery and everything works fine.
We ordered genuine HP cartridges which were delivered immediately and functioned.

I ordered a Canon 726 toner from this company because their website promised 1-day delivery, and I urgently needed it. Their Trustpilot rating also seemed good, which gave me some confidence.
However, on Friday, instead of simply processing my order, they called me and questioned why I was buying the Canon brand instead of their own. This was unprofessional—when a customer orders something, the company should fulfill it, not try to persuade them to switch products. Still, after a short conversation, I agreed to try their own-brand version of the 726 toner, thinking it might be good to support a Dutch business.
Unfortunately, on Saturday, they delivered the wrong item: a 725 toner. This one doesn’t fit my printer, costs less than the 726, and its print capacity is fewer pages.
I contacted customer service on Monday and Tuesday. At first, they told me to just use the 725 instead. When I insisted on receiving the correct item, they initially said I’d have to return the wrong one at my own expense. Only after I objected and pointed out it was their mistake did they agree to send a return label.
Their final response? “Return the wrong item and buy the correct one from somewhere else.”
So I did—but the whole process was a complete waste of time. Just because of trusting them yet I do not have my toner and I have to postpone my task at hand. Their handling of the situation was careless and unprofessional, and their good Trustpilot rating is misleading. They clearly do not care about their Trustpilot review, but I decided to write to help others not be fooled by their 4-star review on Trustpilot, as I did.
ps. they now claim 726 and 725 toners are identical, which is a trap, and they do not support same type of printers. if you see their google review you will see that for another customer they used the same strategy and when he opened the box and tried it, they said they can not sell opened product so they only returned 50% of price. i am happy at least i did not get scammed with this false info of them.

Herbestellen van printer cartridges is snel en simpel. De afhandeling van de order en facturering gaan naadloos.
I ordered some cartridges there but don't recommend this to nobody. Black all of a sudden doesn't detect, still 3/4 full. Had to renew it. Few days later magenta same issue more than 3/4 full and had to replace it. This is cheap chinese whish stuff.
SO DON'T BUY THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED

Awful client service. Trying to return a Lexmark toner for MX611 took hours and still received no return authorization and return label. "Phone us" but you only get a recording. "Chat" with our stupid, useless bot.
Write an email, get a form response. Fill in forms, the response is talk to the bot. Wasted most of the day.
Must wait another week for an opportunity to return.

Because I opened the box of one of the product, they refuse to accept the return (eventough my order had another box that I didn't open).
