DONT BUY THEY ARE SCAM

They charged me extra for a fastest delivery it was ok as no other supplier can meet my deadline, but now not only did not meet the deadline but they don't know when will arrive. If I knew this before I prefer to pay the same for a reliable supplier as PIXARTPRINTING, same price and they are honest about they delivery dates and meet them. Also, their Spanish website does not have a chat nor email, you call and they say will call you back, no one call. Only is possible to contact in their French website. Never again and please don't buy if you leadtime is sensitive, they are not profesional. Update: they contacted me offering a 15% next order, of course I will never place an order here. You pay extra for an “express delivery” and is delivered as standard. Scam.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM

Our experience with this print supplier has been nothing short of frustrating. We placed an order for a banner well in advance, paying extra for guaranteed delivery before a major event. Not only did the banner fail to arrive on time—causing us significant inconvenience and missed business opportunities—but the customer service response was shockingly unhelpful.

When we reached out to support, they didn’t even acknowledge their failure to deliver. Instead, they simply dismissed our request for assistance, closed the support ticket without resolution, and told us to handle it by contacting the courier ourselves. This is completely unacceptable, as it's the sender’s responsibility—not the recipient’s—to follow up with the courier. The lack of accountability and support shows a total disregard for their customers.

If you need reliable service and any form of actual customer support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company’s poor communication and refusal to resolve issues make it a risky choice for any time-sensitive or important print jobs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would!
We had to pay 80€ to pick up our order (that was NEVER shipped in time for the event) because they don't offer international shipping. Moreover, when I requested to at least get refunded the international shipment, they "kindly refused" but to apologize they offered me a 30% coupon code! Like I will ever purchase from their website again. Loss of time and money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Very good quality

Awful packaging, the poster arrived all crumbled and some zones the paint was damaged. 33 euros for nothing....

P.S. They've sent me a second poster, free of charge, this time impeccable packaging and very good printing quality.

Bad Customer Service

I asked for a change on the jpeg of my flyer 10 minutes after my order. I tried to call 3 times but always answered by an AI

I didn't receive any email and even when I received an email to mark the calls with a bot, the typeform was out of order so I couldn't mark the worst Customer Service of 2024 so far
