It all went very smoothly. I was resubscribing, so was familiar with the site. I did a very simple QR code creation - with no fancy logos, and all went well and they worked fine. I'd like to menti... See more

Complete scam. Sold as a free service, then when you’ve already had a chance to print off the QR code for use, they tell you it’s a free ‘trial’ and and hold you hostage by charging you HUNDREDS to continue using what is completely free everywhere else on the net. If you’re stupid like me now you have to reorder hundreds of printed media or pay this bunch of crooks to use their crappy services. SCUM
We used their service one time in Jan 2025. Their codes were not used more than 2x for a cost of $118 when other services allow QR codes to be created and used for FREE. What really disappointed me was when they signed us up for an automatic subscription renewal without our consent, no invoice reached us and they refused to refund the amount. We had to make a dispute with our Credit Card company to get it resolved. I would not recommend this service at all.

I used QRcreator for a small campaign and it worked exactly as I needed. Creating a dynamic QR code was quick, and the tracking felt surprisingly smooth from a marketing point of view.
The interface is simple, exports are clean, and the whole process fits well into what I’d call a light campaign sync setup. No unnecessary complexity, just practical results.
Would definitely use it again.

This company misleads you with offer of a free QR code that is functional. They do not disclose it will expire within 7 days and then require a costly annual subscription which only offers use of 3 codes for $150. They mislead you by presenting a monthly cost of service at $11 that seems reasonable to keep a code active for a short time. Choosing a monthly fee and then paying automatically charges annually. My invoice was $148, I selected $11 monthly, was charged in USD so total was $212 CAD.
All of the positive reviews on this site are linked to an invitation. Proving the company is going to great lengths to appear legitimate while they continue to scam and steal from people. Do not use this service and if you were scammed, add more negative reviews here to help tip the scale.
Don’t be fooled by their review responses here. There is absolutely no intention to refund, amend or provide appropriate value when you contact support.

The dynamic QR feature is a lifesaver. I realized I had a typo in my link after I'd already printed the codes, but I could just edit the destination URL on the site without changing the QR code itself. Saved me a ton of money on reprints

this company advertises a monthly fee but charges a yearly bill
on top of that when a refund for a expired out of use code was processed by mistake they refused refund even 24 hours after payment was made with no useage on the code

This company is deceiving. It says it's for free but after a period of time you need to pay a monthly fee (but have to pay annually -so total amount up front)if you want to keep using the qr code. It leaves you no choice if you have used the qr code on posters. Not happy! The QR code did work okay for what I wanted it for.

UPDATE: They now have deleted my account and banned me from their service. Did I get a refund? Nope they just took my money and said see ya later.
Another company with predatory checkout systems.
I needed a qr code for a poster. First off it says I can make a free code but doesn't mention anywhere it only works for 7 days. Then it asks for you to create an account. That's fine, nothing wrong there. I choose the basic plan at $11.99 per month. It didn't say anywhere this was charged annually also never gave me a total amount while entering my credit card information. I only found out the final price after my card was charged $150. This is a typical scam. DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT DO THINGS LIKE THIS.

I had just signed up for a trial to see what services they offer. I had still not used any premium options to make my QR Code. I have ordered multiple stacks of business cards and pads and now the QR code does not work. It will not work without a subscription even though i didnt use any premium options. I am now at a loss as all of those are going to waste. Absolutely disgusting service. never coming back again. so much for a simple google maps QR code.
If you are going to reply with a default copy paste reply, please dont bother.

It's not free like they say. At the end, you need to pay a subscription!
Response: you ask for payment at the end, when you say "100% FREE" first. That's a lie. When you already spent your time designing your QR code and you have all ready, just then you discover that isn't free as you advertised.

This is advertised as a free service but makes you pay for a yearly subscription.
DO NOT USE!!!

Feels like a total SCAM to me. I'm being charged $46.82pm- I made 2 logos and can't get out of these charges. The plans say theres only 3 options at $0.79, $0.99 or $19.99. I'm being billed $561.84!!!!
I can't login, I can't get the QR codes I created, and 1 doesn't work. I am also not getting the emails to try to reset the password. So frustrated, annoyed and feeling ripped off.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING A FREE QR CODE! They advertise FREE QR CODE Creator, but it’s a lie! You get an email a few days later saying your QR code is only valid for 2-3 more days! I created a code thinking it was FREE as was advertised on Google! I made my code, added it to expensive yard signs - I only needed the damn code for one month - but when I got the email saying the code was only good a few more days - I was FORCED TO BUY A DAMN SUBSCRIPTION FOR $150!!!!! They won’t refund me any money saying it’s against their policy and their fairness BS!!!! I’M beyond angry and disgusted that a company would fool you into thinking you’re getting a free code - but then trick you into getting their subscription to keep your code active!!! DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!!
