Amazingly quick delivery of a good…

Amazingly quick delivery of a good product. The funniest thing was that I've ordered 5 different goods from different companies within a few days,Qucikparts was the last one I've ordered...but was the first one to deliver. Definitely reccomended and gratefully appreciated. Excellent job,guys.

Easy & Fast

Easy to find parts with the filters available. Pictures for all items, (which is not found in other sites) really helped!
They shipped my piece in 2 days. Super easy! Will use again.

Aweseome customer service!!

Allthough i am not a redident of Danmark. He would be happily to ship to the Netherlands. They had a part which was sold out here.
Communication is fast and polite....

Very good experience with oven glass replacement

Ordered a new oven glass.
The order arrived fast, the item was well packed, and it fit perfectly the oven.

I have not had any experience with the customer service, so cannot comment on that.

Personally, I totally reccomend them.

QP doesn't deliver - poor customer servicer

Not sure if my experience is unique, but Quickparts was a horrible experience. Do NOT buy anything here. I ordered a stand/pedestal for my washer/dryer - according to their webisite, I would get it in 2-3 days. Three weeks later I called them and said there was a problem with their system and they do not have the item. I said that I understood, but wanted to know why I was not informed - the person who assisted me was rude and arrogant- she said they could not know about this issue. but I replied that surely someone would know. She said no. So how long should I wait for an item that will never arrive. Sorry quickparts, your definition of 'quick' is very different than mine.

I am very sorry regarding your experience with us. This is not how we normally treat our customers orders or our customer.

As my colleague mentioned to you on the telephone, there was a mistake in our wharehouse system. Our system belived there where 1 item in stock, but this was not the case.

Of course, you should have been notified of this error much faster and completely automatically. But for unknown reasons, our customer service was never notified so they could notify you.

We have adjusted the procedures for the warehouse so that we hopefully avoid similar situation again.
