So I had been getting inundated with spam emails telling me how bad my site was and how they could make better. Not one of those company's sent me a detailed analysis of why my site was so bad. I knew it was bad, they weren't telling me anything I didn't know. So one day I get an email from a young lady from a web company who took the time to send me a complete analysis of what was wrong with my website and the pathway to fix it.
