I had a Warranty claim and they handled it quickly and with a speedy resolution. Less than 5 days from start to product in hand and they added extra product for the inconvenience. Truly amazing!

Enjoyed using the engraver

Superior Customer Service!

I purchased an Engraver from Resparked for my husband for Christmas. The Engraver stopped working. I contacted Resparked and explained the issue. My husband really liked the Engraver, therefore I requested an exchange. Resparked immediately contacted me back. They asked me to send a short video of the problem with the product. I followed their request. Resparked contacted me after they reviewed my video and contacted me that they would exchange the Engraver. Not only did Resparked replace the Engraver they offered to upgrade the Engraver that came with 30 bits and additional stencils at no additional cost to us. Of course, we were more than happy to accept their upgraded exchange. Resparked immediately sent out the upgraded engraver. We received the upgraded Engraver within days. It works great! I am very impressed with the high-level of courtesy and customer service that we received from Resparked. Thank you, Resparked!

How it should be. Analyse the problem, run with the data and make a decision.

My shipment did not arrive although the last mile delivery company said they did.
I contacted contact support of the supplier to request a solution.
They asked me to check a few things that I did.
At the end I contacted the last mile deliverer and all I got was a picture of my letterbox. My letterbox is approved to receive middle large packets.
As I mentioned no package was delivered.
To keep it short: I provided the feedback and they immediate concluded something went wrong but not on my side.
As a professional company should do take a decision.
They did and decided to ship again the chosen product to me. Once again a bolt but fantastic customer focused decision.
Now I’m waiting to receive the goods.
Thanks for your superb support and thorough investigation and decision.

Amazing customer service
