Riptide pool service is the worst.
Riptide pool construction company also services pools. I experienced the worst customer service that I have had from any company. I have an older pool that needs expert care to avoid algae problems. They were fine for the first month, but then algae problems occurred. It took many calls to finally get supposedly their expert out to diagnose the problem. They could not do it. They said it was my filtering system. I finally fired them. I hired Gary's pool service who fixed the problem which cost me additional dollars beyond normal servicing. It was difficult to get the owner Robert to return my calls. I would give a warning to anyone who is considering using any of their services.
