the pillow a disappointment
I bought this pillow to relieve my neck pain. It doesn't work, but I slept with it for three nights and my neck and back hurt. Plus, it doesn't suit me at all.They didn't want to refund me, take it back, even though the advertisement said they would take it back if we weren't satisfied.It's in a pillowcase, so it's clean. You had to try it on to test it, didn't you? So it's a shame, it's false advertising, they don't take back items. I find myself with an item so I don't know what to do...
