Much to be desired
Estimated delivery dates displayed on website are misleading. You don't receive your package the next day if you order before 4. After my order I didn't hear anything for 3 days, I sent 2 emails without receiving a response. Only when I called did something happen. Finally, I got a call to check if I was home to receive delivery at 5pm, which to my surprise the package never arrived, instead the package has only been picked up from the supplier. Now the package is estimated to arrive between 09:00 and 13:00 on a Saturday to ruin my plans.
Their system breaks one purchase you make into 4/5 separate emails.
I actually wanted to a refund, but their refund link they sent to do the refund request doesn't work.
Oh, and they automatically put you on their mailing list when you order from their site. Which is against GDPR.

For clarification: the estimated delivery times on our website apply to products that are in stock. In your case, some items were not immediately available, which caused the delay. This stock status was shown on the product page and should also have been clearly mentioned in your order confirmation. We hope to improve the delivery options with stock status soon.
Regarding the newsletter: during a recent system update, our subscription settings were unintentionally changed. We've now corrected this to ensure full compliance with GDPR. Thank you for pointing this out.
Lastly, we're reviewing and improving the emails you receive after placing an order to make our communication clearer and more helpful.

We apologize for the late delivery and on top the poor communication. The supplier of the Vittoria tyres has increasing problems in their warehouse. At the moment they have a 2-3 weeks delivery time. For your tyres we had to switch to a secondary supplier where we can’t see the progress the delivery is making. We apologize again for not giving the first update about the delivery-issues. We wish you much cycling pleasure.
