I had the pleasure to be served at SBK…

I had the pleasure to be served at SBK by a very kind and tallented lady Ms.Tsopka. I was asked by my employer to obtain a statutory health insurance and she helped me complete my application very fast and in the most professional way with a kind manner. She's fluent in both English and German. My complement to SBK for recruiting such talents.

I've been a client of SBK for almost 8 years, and today was the first time I walked into their office with a request for a letter. This was my GKK since 23J

This was my GKK since 23J. I wanted once to change to private inssurance, but SBK sent someone to convince me to stay with SBK. I was going that time only for some mandatory checks. Now I am 53, I am still 'freiwilliig versichert', but SBK is rejecting all they can rebect. I do not feel good to stay with them in the next time, since I will need inssurance sometimes. I'll change to another GKK, and I am sorry I spent all these healty years with them...
So, I cannot recommend them at all!

Tell you you can't cash out then find…

Tell you you can't cash out then find out you have cashed out when it's in their favour. Not very fair in an industry that should be whiter than white
