I received the wrong item - no response
I received the wrong item, and returned the package. I still had to pay for return shipping even tho they made a mistake.
I have tried to get in contact with them for a week now, but haven’t heard anything back, even tho they say they’ll revert back within 2-3 days in their auto reply. There products might be okay, I don’t know cuz I didn’t receive the right one, but I am not a fan of their customer service. They also say on their website that return processes can take up to 30 business days. That is simply just too long and I don’t think they are competitive with all other online businesses on the market. As a customer you expect a faster rerun process
