Never delivered to me

I'm only giving it 2 star because when I asked for a refund, they gave it to me right away. I ordered this anti-snoring mouthpiece thinking the company was in Seattle. I live just a few hours away but I never got the product. Then tracked it and saw it was coming from CHINA! Tracking showed the package finally got to my town and was out for delivery. Then they said they were unable to deliver it and would try the next day. Then they said they tried again later the same day but couldn't. This is bogus. It's easy to deliver to me and I get deliveries regularly. So I felt something was wrong so immediately asked for a refund and they give it to me right away. What the heck? How does a company like this stay in business?

Ordered a Vital Wrist Ball but received a Gyro Ball. Order confirmation even states Vital Wrist Ball. Ordered and received 2. Neither one works. Refund policy is a
Joke. I Would steer clear of this company. They have a low score for good reason.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOPPER HOLIDAY!

I purchased a Snore Earset on November 13, 2022. Like others who have written on this topic, after almost a month the product arrived, but after testing it this product did not work for me. Shopper Holiday touts a 180 return policy, but after 4 emails to their support email and a snail mail letter sent to the company..... zero contact in return. Clearly a scam company.

RUN FORREST RUN!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I'll be trying to get my money back through my credit card company reversing the charge. Best of luck to me!

I guess this company is scam

I guess this company is scam. I ordered a product, it didn't arrive. I contacted them several times, every time strange answers: a car crash, item got send again and then lost on the plain. Then supposely send again and never arrived. Track information seems to be fake

I don't know how this company stays in…

I don't know how this company stays in business. I ordered a product, it didn't work. I reached out to them, no response. I emailed them I was returning the product for a full refund. No response. I returned the product certified mail. It came back to me, insufficient address even though I got the address right off their website. They are scammers. I filed a claim with VISA.

Refund policy is a joke

I should have read these reviews before buying the snore ear set. Didn’t work for me and I’ve been back and forth for 3 weeks with no resolution. Will never buy from them again.

Buyer beware!

I ordered the Snore Earset on 7/23/2021, I received it on 8/10/21. Unfortunately, after trying for a week, it just doesn’t work for me. The biggest thing is that I find it to be very uncomfortable. My ear and behind my ear gets rubbed by the device and it is painful. The discomfort prevents me from sleeping, or wakes me up when I roll over onto the ear with the device.

Given their 100% satisfaction guarantee from their website: "Our Guarantee
Have issues with your purchase? We got your back! Contact us about your problem so we can make it right for you so that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases be it a refund or product replacement. There is absolutely ZERO RISK buying from this official store." I requested a refund.

After several emails getting the run around I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It remains to be seen if I will get the money back.

So, buyer beware!

I FINALLY got my order

I FINALLY got my order. Only took a month. I did contact the customer service via email, they did reply. Seems my order was stuck in customs. I must have missed the fact that it was coming from Joe'ching China. I like the knife, seems sharp. Haven't really looked at it to closely. Sheath is a bit of a joke. More like pleather (cross between patten leather & vinal), than leather. 3 stars because of the extremely slow USPS shipping, but it was free and we are talking about government employees.

Do not buy from these scammers!

I was in the market to buy a JAPAKNIVES brand dragon cleaver, I thought maybe I could find one cheaper so I searched and came across this website that was a bonafide dealer of these knives. JAPAKNIVES wants $88.99 for their product and I found this scammer of website and thought, wow I can save at least $10.00 so without doing any research on this sham company like an idiot I bought the so called JAPAKNIFE. I waited and waited for confirmation about my order and when it.was going to be shipped out, so I emailed them twice until I got a response from a so called customer service employee. She said that my order was processed etc. and should ship soon. A couple days later I got a message saying that my order has shipped, but when I tried to track it, it hasn't even moved since the 6th of May. When I checked again today, I checked the USPS tracking number they gave me and come to find out that my item is in CHINA! I thought what the hell?!! So I went to JAPAKNIVES website to find where there warehouses are located, I found out they have them here in the US, AUSTRALIA, and JAPAN, but not in CHINA. so anyway I still haven't got my item and I probably won't get till next month if I'm lucky. But one thing I can guaranty is that this business stinks to high heaven and I will never do business with them again! I also believe that this company is really stationed in CHINA, and SEATTLE is just a front. IT'S A SCAM! PEOPLE! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NO MATTER WHAT!

Non genuine item received

I ordered a branded item and the site also had a photo of the branded item I was ordering. I received an unbranded item in an unbranded box. Even if I was to try and use it, the instructions are impossible to understand- poorly translated from a different language. Update to this review- to their credit, I was contacted by Shopperholiday very quickly and emails have been exchanged. Final resolution still pending

1 star because that's the minimum

1 star because that's the minimum. I ordered the snorepal from them and tried to call right away when I realized it didn't work. The phone number is a cell - first red flag. I emailed them asking about a refund and they said give it 2 weeks TO WORK so I did. The product didn't work and trying to get a refund has been a nightmare. I had been getting the run around and now they just completely ignore me. Save yourself the money and frustration. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE/PERSON YOUR MONEY.

Works exactly as advertised.

I was a little sceptical at first purchasing a mop from Shopperholiday. But I took the plunge and bought it because their price is cheaper. Hands down a good decision! Initial assembly is a little difficult but they immediately sent me an instruction video and it turns out that the mop was actually easy to use. Overall it's amazing and I love it. Great customer service!

Ordered a Thefapillo Shiatsu and received a Ruokey

Ordered a Therapillo Shiatzu and received a Ruokey. It broke after a few uses.
They claim I got it before I actually did also. Claimed made in US but that was doubtful bc it took a long time to get to me. I can't prove the date it was delivered. They claim it was delivered a week after I ordered. Not so. They won't stand by product.
Don't use this co.!!!!

These people sell fake goods

Branded items appear on the website, but when they arrive they are fake unbranded ones instead. They responded initially to a mail and explained to me how much more it would cost me for them to send a branded item instead - even though that is what I ordered. When you ask them to sort it out, they ignore you.
Avoid being scammed and shop somewhere else.
