good communication appears to be good quality just have to wait for the snow now :)

Had another company sledstroller and was exciting to get this new one. Love the quality but really disappointed about the belt. Nothing can hold your child shoulders. Had to buy an additional belt from Amazon…

This is a second stroller sleigh i order but the different style one with the straps … received it today for next grand son for xmas this year .. very please with it ….thank -you Tracy Warnes Timmins Ontario i would recommend to family and friends

Happy with the stroller I use it for snowshoeing and It goes well. My husband modified it by adding larger ski. Also the handle is not high enough for a tall person, I would also like the back to go all away doen so my baby can lay down in it. I would say this sledstroller is perfect for people living in the city like going on the Canal Rideau. It light and fold well. Nice cover so baby is not cold. Reason I'm not giving a 5 stars is the stroller need a bit of modification.

Overall, this stroller is great.

A few key points as to why I didn’t give it 5 stars;

1) keep in mind that (for the sport one atleast) if you are on the taller side (I’m 5’9) the two handle bars will be too short for you to hold comfortably.

2) The wheels are a little bit flimsy and kind of awkward to use.

3) This stroller might not be ideal if you live somewhere your streets are salted or have gravel put into the snow/ice as the metal rails don’t have any protective material on them and can get scratched quite easily.

4) There is a plastic film window overtop the stroller to look at baby through it and it is covered by a flap however there is no way to attach the opened flap to the stroller so it often closes itself when left open. An easy fix is to sew in two Velcro peices to keep it in place when it is open but maybe the company can have this added in?…

Other than that we love it. It is sturdy and has great handling. Our favorite thing is probably the foot and leg cover though and the protective shield that goes over babies head we love that it keeps our sweetheart warm and cozy.

All-in-all it is great for Canadian winters and worth the price.

The sport black Sled stroller is amazing for winter walks in the parc in Montreal. The only thing i would recommend is a way to make the plastic wind shield more stiff so it can keep a good flat shape and better cover the face of my child. Other than that it is the perfect winter stroller.

I received the stroller in a timely manner. However, on one ski the paint is chipped and looks like it is already rusting. As I ordered this for use in the winter, it has not even been used yet.
I did send an email to the company with pictures and am awaiting their reply.
The stars may be adjusted based on the response received.

Have not received the stroller yet so am not rating the product.
But I did have difficulty ordering from my phone and they were very helpful.

We love our sled stroller and are over the moon with our purchase. Works exactly as described.

What an excellent "stroller"! Both my wife and love how are son (12 months) fits in it, and it's a joy to push (so much so, it practically pulls you). Not to mention how much fun our son's having in it (we did add a steering wheel for him though). Also, the service was phenomenal! We purchased it on Sunday before 5 pm, and received it less than 2 hours later. They texted us a picture of it at our door upon arrival so they wouldn't potentially wake a sleeping baby with a door knock/ring (loved it)!

This was a gift to my daughter. She , of course, was surprised in receiving it. She went for a walk pushing her son (my grandson) and my other daughter through back trails . They mentioned how easy it was to glide on the snow.
Thank you very much. It allows us to get out of the house during the pandemic.

I am so happy with it..really worth it!! I got it in a few days!

I bought this sled for my grandson.
Very good service, efficient and fast.
The child is well secured and the sled glides well on hard snow. However, in the soft snow, the sled sinks. My son put real skis under the skates and now the sled slides very well. Second small point to improve. As my son is very tall and my daughter-in-law is much smaller, it would have been helpful to have handles that can adjust to different heights.

My grand-daughter loves it.
And her mom as well, it is solidly built and practical as it folds and can be put in the car to go away if you wish.
No resistance on the snow, it slides very smoothly and easily.
My grand-daughter sits in in the house with her doll hoping her mom will get the message and will go for a rid with her outside.
It was my Christmas gift to her and I am very happy with my choice.

Love it!!! If you are thinking about buying it ...just do it. You won't reget it.
