I had an outstanding experience with the delivery team from Sonno Beds, Sary and Fizzy. From the very beginning, they kept me fully informed about their arrival time and communicated clearly every step of the way. That level of consideration and professionalism immediately stood out.

When they arrived, they were punctual, polite, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain what was happening throughout the entire assembly process, which I truly appreciated. Even though the items especially the mattress was very heavy, that didn’t slow them down or affect their positive attitude at all.

They assembled everything quickly and efficiently while maintaining great care and attention to detail. Their hard work, teamwork, and friendly approach genuinely made my day.

Sonno Beds is fortunate to have Sary and Fizzy representing them. We definitely need more people like them who are dedicated, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service

Very happy with my sonno bed and the overall sonno customer service. They are always happy to help, would recommend. Also wanted to give a shout out to Abu and Nemo the delivery drivers, they kept me regularly updated and were prompt and accurate with their arrival times, helpful guys too.

Delivery was on time as stated. Abu and Nemo adhered to my wishes and removed footwear as they were going upstairs. Mattress taken to requested room, all packing removed and taken away. Excellent delivery.

Abu and Nemo was very friendly & helpful. They contacted me like they said when they were on the way to me and brought it up to my front door (I live on the 12th floor) This is my second bed from Sonno and I’m so happy! It’s affordable & the beds are lovely. I’m going to buy my daughter a bed soon also.

Sary and Fizzy were very quick, tidy and friendly. Very happy with the bed, delivery and assembly. Was good to get updates on their arrival time.

Having ordered the Rome divan bed and sonno cool gel memory 1000 mattress for my son’s room we are extremely impressed. It is of stunning quality we went for mink Naples fabric and it’s perfect. The delivery was on time with great communication and my son has slept so much better with the comfort of this mattress. I highly recommend their beds and mattresses to bring a new lease of life to a room and quality sleep.

The installation team kept in good contact right the way through from when they first set off. They were efficient, polite and courteous. The install went smoothly without hitch and they were very considerate of my home taking time to ensure no damage was done. I would 100% recommend this service. Thank you very much to the Delivery team and all involved!

I am absolutely thrilled with this double bed! The mattress is honestly the best I’ve ever slept o supportive yet super comfortable, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my sleep quality already. The backboard is stunning, beautifully finished and really elevates the whole bedroom, giving it a luxurious, hotel-style feel.

Delivery was also incredibly efficient and hassle-free. The team arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and everything was set up perfectly with no mess or stress.

Couldn’t recommend this bed moreworth every penny!

We're very happy with the service it was a great experience. The delivery team, Sary and Fizzy did an amazing job at carrying the bed and mattress inside aswell as assembling it fast and cleaning up after themselves. Would recommend 100% thank you soo much for wonderful ottoman king size bed and new mattress.

Oh boy where should I start. From start to finish this company has been nothing but brilliant. From customer service to the guys who came to deliver and assemble mine and my children's beds.
Firstly we ordered the king size bed. Not knowing that our terraced houses are not equipped to bring the ottoman divine beds to a narrow and small stairs space. The first delivery guys tried everything and finally decided this is not gonna go upstairs. Me and my wife were devastated. They politely suggested alternative that has storage and come in pieces. They sadly took it back. And we were told to ring customer service explain what had happened. Spoke to Shakeel first and then Adam who further downed on the suggestion of the delivery guys and even told us that the headboard will also need splitting. We went with their suggestion thank god we did. Because the results were amazing. Thank you to both of them. Seriously I'm definitely gonna buy from them in the future.
Second issue we have a autistic son who was looking forward to his bed and due to our negligence. Had to wait for the re-order. We explained out situation and Adam tried his level best to bring the date forward to for our son. Which he did. Once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
And last but not least when the second delivery guys, I have to mention their names as they were just brilliant. In accommodating to our needs polite friendly welcoming I can just go on. First we had issue with the streets as they were closed due to pipe burst. They went out their way to find ways to get to our street with all the traffic building due to one way streets opened up to accommodate the road closures. After building our beds I have to give their names now lol. Asad and Nasser they gave us tips explained everything. Made sure we were completely satisfied with their work. Asked if we needed anything else. In my entire life I have never come across such brilliant people both delivery guys as well as the customer service side. I will most definitely order more items from them and also promote them as well. Because they definitely deserve all the praise they get.

Where do I begin? From start to finish, My Sonno has been nothing short of outstanding. The entire experience—from customer service to the delivery and assembly team—was flawless.

We originally ordered a king-size ottoman bed, but due to the narrow stairs in our terraced house, it simply wouldn’t fit. The first delivery team tried everything they could, but ultimately, they realized it wasn’t going to work. While we were disappointed, they kindly suggested an alternative bed with storage that came in pieces for easier assembly. We contacted customer service and spoke with Shakeel, then Adam, who both went above and beyond to help us. Adam even explained that the headboard might need splitting, which we hadn’t anticipated. Following their advice turned out to be the best decision, and the result was perfect.

We also had a personal challenge—our son, who has autism, was eagerly waiting for his new bed. Due to a mix-up, we needed to reorder. Adam worked tirelessly to expedite the delivery, ensuring our son wasn’t left waiting too long. We can’t thank him enough for making this happen.

The delivery team deserves a special mention too. Asad and Nasser were amazing! Despite road closures due to a burst pipe and heavy traffic, they found their way to us without delay. They were friendly, professional, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was set up perfectly. They even gave us helpful tips about the bed and made sure we were completely satisfied.

In my lifetime, I’ve never experienced customer service this exceptional. The level of care and dedication shown by everyone at My Sonno—whether in customer service or delivery—was truly remarkable. We will definitely be purchasing from them again and recommending them to others.

Not a great experience and if I was anybody else I’d steer clear of spending your money with Sonno for a number of reasons;
1. Delivery was over 3 weeks after ordering, not the 5-10days claimed.
2. When the delivery drivers arrived they had little regard for the house or new bed, throwing the bases around on their own with no regard to my walls, I had to get up and help before something got damaged. Including lifting the mattress off the wet floor outside as I could see the protection coming off.
3. Headboard fixings into the base wouldn’t screw in so I’m left with a flimsy headboard held in by two screws until I get round to fix the issue and add additional timbers for the other screws to fix through. You shouldn’t have to do that for a £400 bed.
4. Wax all over the floor where they’d clearly knocked my wax melt burner off the mantelpiece, again emphasising point 2 and the fact the lads were clearly trying to get in and out as quick as possible.
5. I managed to get through to an AI assistant acting as customer service so I can only imagine how long it would take for a replacement front base to arrive. So much so that I’ve found it not worth the hassle.

Would certainly look elsewhere going forward.

Abu and nemu were super stars, they kept me informed the whole time they as to where they were and worked efficiently. Top guy's and a credit to the company 👍👍
