Look no further and hold off on clicking the purchase button till you've read about my bad experience with them.

So, like a lot of people, I was impressed with their motivational canvas prints despite the relatively expensive price of them.

I settled on one that I particularly liked the look of and decided to make the purchase. With their 90 day satisfaction guarantee that promises a no quibble refund if you're not happy with the print, I felt reasonably comfortable with my purchase.

That's when it all started going pear-shape. The courier that they used failed to deliver on two separate occasions which cost me two days off work waiting for a delivery that never arrived.

Third time around, the courier finally delivered and, OMG, how I wish they hadn't!

The canvas was a complete letdown: a poorly constructed frame, a loose and baggy canvas and, just to add insult to injury all very cheap-looking. I was, to say the least, hugely disappointed.

I contacted the company to request a refund It took them a couple of days to get back to me. Not with a return label or an apology but asking why I wanted a refund even though I had explained why in my original email.

I replied, they took another day or two to get back to me asking for pictures. I sent them a video showing how baggy the canvas was. They eventually then got back to me and tried to tell me that the canvas was meant to be loose like that, which I knew was utter nonsense. I've seen plenty of canvas prints and none of them have ever been as loose and baggy as this one supplied by Success Hunters Prints.

In that same email they offered me a 40% refund and the chance to keep the canvas but I had already told them, the canvas was so baggy and cheap-looking that I would be embarrassed to put it on my wall!!!

They haven't got back to me since I've insisted on getting a full refund so I've had to initiate Chargeback on my credit card. Thank God I paid with a credit card.

If you're thinking of buying a canvas print from Success Hunters Prints, my advice is don't! They look a lot better on still pictures than they do when you actually receive them.

In my case, the frame was poorly constructed, the canvas was baggy and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm now having to try and chase my money back through my credit card company. The 90 day refund policy advertised on their site is evidently complete nonsense as is their claims of 24/7 customer support.

Take my advice, steer clear of this company. They will try to take your money and run whether you are satisfied with their canvas or not!
