I was disappointed with this company in their ability to conduct a consumer rights complaint/investigation. No one from the complaint department actually speaks to you, or is contactable via the phone. Response times are shocking, even with the compelling evidence they believe nothing is wrong. I now look back and believe the delayed responses was so they could align their stories with the car provider. It's clear to me now the motor trade industry and finance industry work collaboratively against the consumer. Really disappointed, I would find a different finance company if your in need of finance, they talk the talk but don't walk the walk!

I tried to help my partner without success over a couple of days using the photo setup on the app to verify her identification.
Because there is no other timely way to securely provide this information, she has been unable to invest a substantial sum with Tandem!
Update: Please will you telephone me ASAP on the number provided to resolve this issue which will be to the benefit of Tandem and me?

There was a problem to open the account and when trying to use Live chat it took 10 minutes to connect to some. Still didn't get the answer to why there was a problem. Just told to check my emails. Not very satisfactory
