We placed an order with Tapeter.eu worth €1,600, and never received the goods. Over a 4-month period, communication was appalling — they were consistently unresponsive, failed to provide any real updates, and ignored multiple requests for clarification or resolution.

Despite promises and reassurances, nothing was delivered, and we were left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback through our credit card provider to recover the funds.

This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. Based on our experience, it operates with zero accountability and should be avoided at all costs. Do not risk your money or time with Tapeter.eu.

A scam. I made the transfer for a fornasetti wall paoer and they gave me all excuses and never send me the product. I am going to the police write now to suit them. Chat GPT says is a trustable company, this is why I bought, so be careful, I,m gping to inform Chat GPT about. The website is well done and they confuse you, ans says they have stock and it is not true. When I made the transfer they refuse to sent me the bill, telling it was going to be included in the box, that never arrived.

A scam. I wasn't sure about buying, and the owner insisted it was safe and hounded me for payment. Once I made the payment, I never heard from him again.
Don't buy from him if you don't want to lose money. He's a scammer from Latvia, and the physical site where he claims this is a lie doesn't exist.
Someone needs to report him.

I ordered wallpaper from Tapeter.eu several months ago and never received it. Despite multiple promises to ship the product, nothing ever arrived. Their responses were full of empty promises. I have filed a police report regarding their actions.

TERRIBLE STORE! I bought my wallpaper 3 months ago and I haven't received the product. They only send automatic emails, don't buy from this store, total fraud

They are scammers, I ordered a roll of wallpaper for 125 euros but got a different one that was 60. Ive complaint multiple times, called, emailed but they don't respond and hang up the phone if you call them.

This is a scam website!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING with them!!!!!! That online shop needs to be closed. You order a wallpapaper, pay money and never see the product arriving afert months. A bunch of layers and rude people and scamers!

Be careful - tapeter.eu is a SCAM. Fraud, extorting money. They reply to e-mails informing that the products are "already in shipment" or will be "soon". You will lose your nerves and money.

PayPal advised not to purchase from this company as they fail to complete the information on their PayPal requests to identify the company

We ordered a wallpaper through tapeter.eu. After ordering, we had a gut feeling. Then we came across Trustpilot and thought, this is bad news. Eventually, we chatted with Tapeter and asked if everything was correct, as we were afraid this was a scam. They assured us that everything would be fine. In the end, we informed the police with low expectations but still. A few weeks later, we were told that our order had been shipped. In the meantime, the police had contacted tapeter. But today, we received our wallpaper and are very grateful for it.

Excellent service and a great choice of wallpaper at a reasonable price.

I was scamed by this website when ordereing wallpaper that they never shipped, never had and never refunded. We shall be reporting them to the Police - their website should be taken down

After placing the order and paying by bank transfer they told us that they did not have the chosen paper (it was available on the website). Then they told us that we had to choose another paper because they were not going to return the money. We consider ourselves scammed.

Very nice and communicative before I ordered ánd when I was emailing them on the delay. After 4 months they emailed me a fake tracking code, and never answered any of my emails anymore. So no wallpaper and my money gone. Contacted my bank to see what we can do.

It’s a con !! They are thieves. I paid 500€ for a wallpaper that never arrived.
I asked for a refund , I got a response saying they would refund me. However o never received the money back! Endless emails and no more replies. Do not be fooled!!

Everyone saying this is a scam is right. This is a SCAM. Waiting for 4 months now and always delayed shipment and no answer to my refund requests. SCAM. Don't buy anything there.

I wish I had read the reviews before I tried to pay. The website looks serious but it’s a scam!
My payment by card didn’t work, (thankfully, I didn’t lose my money) but my cards (I tried more than one, ’cause the first one didn’t work) got skimmed and there were several fraud tries before i got contacted by my bank that detected the fraud.

Fake webshop, total scam. Do not order anything here. They send you misleading emails. They do not refund. They promise a lot, but do not keep it.
