Garbage Customer Support.
I ordered something, with my significant others credit card. It was a gift for me they currently live in montreal for schooling while I am in BC, the headquarters for canadian technoid is in Ontario, we have In different time zones. I got a text to confirm my shipping address whilst I was asleep due to the billing address and shipping address being far apart. They only gave me up to 2-4 hours to respond to the text before cancelling my order and refunding me. Now I have to wait for a refund to go through and I have to wait longer before I can purchase a computer. This is an awful customer service while I’m sure they sell PCs and and actually ship them and they aren’t a scam they are simply getting a 1 star review due to garbage customer service. They did offer an upgrade, and such for my “inconvenience” but the damage was already done and i wouldn’t trust them with my money again.
