Garbage Customer Support.

I ordered something, with my significant others credit card. It was a gift for me they currently live in montreal for schooling while I am in BC, the headquarters for canadian technoid is in Ontario, we have In different time zones. I got a text to confirm my shipping address whilst I was asleep due to the billing address and shipping address being far apart. They only gave me up to 2-4 hours to respond to the text before cancelling my order and refunding me. Now I have to wait for a refund to go through and I have to wait longer before I can purchase a computer. This is an awful customer service while I’m sure they sell PCs and and actually ship them and they aren’t a scam they are simply getting a 1 star review due to garbage customer service. They did offer an upgrade, and such for my “inconvenience” but the damage was already done and i wouldn’t trust them with my money again.

Nice big scam

Nice big scam. The customer service that tells you that the PayPal service will be available in a week and that the computer you select will always have $200 off it... I've been waiting for more than 4 weeks... the $200 discount is still there... but you have increased the computer 2 times by $200 in 1 month ... so $400 ... How much do you take your customers for fools exactly

Dear Customer,
Our paypal service is still pending, we were told by PayPal that it would take a week to restore but it hasn't. Unfortunately we still do not have it available and such situations are out of our control. We would offer you the same price for the pc regardless of if it increased or not. Due to tarrif and logistic issues, unfortunately the prices are fluctuating on daily basis. Rest assured once our paypal service is restore, our team will offer you the same price.
