Misleading promotion is running at the moment, they offer you free gifts because you are VIP clients but then you found out that you have to fill the basket with rubbish items to get what you really need! I’m switching to other websites more trustworthy

I love shopping on temu. Ive bought everhthing from shoes, clothes, kitchen gadgets, beauty items, and even furniture. The only issue i have is the games or prizes that promote "free" items. When i first started shopping i received many completely free items. But as of lately its a scam...you spend a certain amount n u get this free however once u pay the next thing is u have to buy something else or spend this amount...never recieving anything free....ive participated many times and purchasing back to backup to 6 times n never recieved any item free. I was very disappointed and would be much more likely to give a 5 star rating if they removed the promise of free items or to honor the free items after 1 purchase.

Electronics seem to stop working a month or more after buying them. However for buying simple things its pretty good. Delivery depends on your couriers and area, but refund options are great, order tracking is easy and overall a good app. Do not buy anything through the promotions, it's a big method to make you spend more. When you need something small but not urgent, add it to your cart and when you reach the minimum then checkout. For example fridge magnets, gloves, keyrings etc. Small, not urgent things that you can get for cheap and won't break on you. Great app overall.

some of my small order will arrive by land in roughly 6 weeks time. no mention of this when ordering. Poor quality as well.

Where to start?
So there are enough reviews on here about the items they sell - some are great, some are nothing like the photos... especially the clothing!
My gripe though is with the endless adverts for two different things that are very similar: 1) Three items for 1p, 2) Six items for free.
Both of these things are a CON!
You never get to know if you are getting these things, and so far, three times, I have got nothing!
Compared to the other seller beginning with S, this lot are aweful!
The ONLY time I am going to use them again is when I need a specific item that has dozens of decent reviews.

I got a offer though and naturally had to place an order which I did , after I had placed it and paid, then then said I had to spend another £10.38 to complete the offer which I did and when I checked out it said I now had to make my order up to the minimum spend , which did and completed the order now spending over £30 and still they asked me to spend another £7.00 or so to again complete the order and again I had to make it up to the minimum spend which was now £45 spent as there was 3 items in the offer I thought maybe i had to make a order to get each one but oh! No they wanted more and at this point I think I was being conned and didn’t place any more orders as I’m not sure how long this would have gone on for , it’s sneaky tac tics to make you spend and then of course you give up as you don’t want anything else , just be aware this site is a dishonest trader and out to get as much as it can from you, so guess what , you actually pay full price for the items on your offer as the prices of the normal item are actually higher than normal . Hence all my stuff will be going back as I have been tricked into buying more than wanted , beware of offers , if they look to good to be true they definitely are. Hence this company have had there last order from me and will not be using this site again. Don’t get drawn in and order of this dishonest company.

Refund denied without evidence – unacceptable customer service

I had an extremely poor experience with this company. I returned an item (Northdeer Dumbbell) because it did not match the description on their app. The return was completed exactly as instructed through their platform.

Despite this, my refund was denied twice with the generic claim that “the items returned were not the ones purchased.” No evidence was provided to support this allegation, despite me explicitly asking for it. Simply stating this without proof is unacceptable.

What makes this even worse is that if the company truly believes the wrong item was returned, they have not sent the item back to me. They are effectively retaining the product while also refusing the refund, which is completely unreasonable.

Customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and repetitive, offering scripted responses instead of addressing the actual issue. I am left without the product, without a refund, and without any transparency.

This experience has significantly damaged my trust. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious, especially when it comes to returns and refunds.

Absolute rubbish!!!! They changed my address and missed out the first line so their idiot drivers either return of deliver to the wrong address. Will never order from them again

participated in a Temu event where I was supposed to receive a $50 compensation for my referrals. I invited my friends at university, all of whom accepted the invitations, but due to a technical error on Temu's system, these referrals were not counted.
I provided all the required information accurately and contacted customer support multiple times, yet no solution or clear deadline was given. Instead, I received vague responses such as 'as soon as possible' or 'your request has been escalated,' without specifying a timeline.
I request immediate processing of my $50 compensation and a specific deadline with date and time for the response or execution.
If this is not addressed within the given timeframe, I will escalate the matter officially through consumer protection authorities and share my fully documented experience on social media and customer review platforms."

Worst mistake I ever made was buying anything from this sad pathetic company. Can put this review along with the thousands of other bad reviews

This is the worst customer service you can expect from a company.

The proof photos do not match the Actual items,I returned the product unused and in the exact same packaging it arrived in, yet my refund was denied.contacted customer service, they blamed the packaging, which is simply not true.

Very disappointed

Shein is way better than Temu, for many reasons. I’ve shopped with Shein for years and only started with Temu a couple of months ago. To be honest, it’s been a bit of a disappointment.
I don’t buy clothes on either, just household goods.
Descriptions on Temu are frequently poor and misleading, measurements not accurate, and sometimes just one photo. It’s difficult to figure out what you’re meant to get with some listings.
My last order was for two plastic boxes for storing A4 paper (listing states A4 paper fits) - measurements were not accurate and A4 doesn’t lie flat. They gave measurements for top of box but sides are graduated so bottom smaller. Just a waste of time and money.
Also, delivery options are poor, only one of my orders could be delivered to a locker.
Temu doesn’t really work for me, I’ll stick to Shein.

They mislead people saying they earn cashback.

I have used Temu a few times and you get what you pay for, sone good stuff, some rubbish . Recently I’ve been constantly bombarded with offers of alleged FREE items or crazy deals. They are relentless! Finally I took up an option. And it’s a con . Only a free item if you also purchase something .

TOLD IF I SPEND £10 I GET 6 ITEMS OF MY CHOICE FREE. SPENT £18. GOT CHEAPEST ITEM OFFERED NOT ALL6. TOTAL SCAM.BE VERY CAREFUL OF THEIR SO CALLED OFFERS.

Item came- seeds unlabelled no instructions.

Feel like I've been robbed

I paid for items worth 61,617 naira on Temu website and they canceled the order after I made the payment. My bank said the money is with them yet Temu has not responded on either sending my order or refund.

I have been a customer of TEMU for some Time and living in Ireland was delighted to read about the new European branch operating in Dublin.
However ...... LOCAL products are very expensive and not only that the price is not included in my €25 minimum order. TEMU are not helping with carbon footprint when buying local is penalised. Also I once contacted TEMU about why customers are not allowed to pay postage if what they need is less than minimum order and got the usual speal about reducing waste etc. It is the suppliers that should reduce waste, I have recieved items w rapped in 3 layers of single use
plastic but we have to spend more so all this plastic comes in one bag. I do not know of any other company that does not give the option to spend X amount for free delivery OR pay x amount delivery charge.
Customer service in the beginning was 5 star now it is not worth the bother.
However I do still buy some items but it is no longer the pleasure it used to be and the issues regarding buying local an insult.
