So much easier than the government website
Getting a visa was so much easier and quicker using Tern than using the government web site (which I've used previously). It really did only take a couple of minutes – and my approved visa came back almost immediately. Definitely recommend using Tern.

Tern Visa was easy to use and provided my visa super quickly. Previously I’ve used the DHA IMMI system which is complicated and requires me to create an account. With Tern I just upload a passport photograph, answer a few yes/no questions and my visa appears.

Fast and super easy visa application process for a tourist visa to Australia. I received my visa confirmation very quickly. All I had to do was upload my travel ID and give a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down answer to a few questions, thats it.
