Made appointment to discuss chest pain over many months. Paid them £69 but they didn’t turn up for the appointment. I contacted them and said they wanted to cancel the appointment as I need to go to the “emergency room” without even seeking me. Wasted an hour.
Total time wasters more likely to cause you ill health than offer you solutions.

I have no hesitation in recommending The GP Service.
The staff were very friendly and I was seen on time.
The procedure was more involved than I anticipated due to previous infection, but the doctor was determined to remove all of the cyst to minimise the chances of it returning. I was shown a photo of the stitches and was impressed with the end result.
I researched several clinics but all the others had prices 'starting from', so it was impossible to know the final cost.

Don’t waste your money!! It’s a scam!!
Don’t waste your money!!! Useless and charging £70 just to tell you to go to the GP. I had an appointment on 11-12-2025. I have a recurrent thrush(I explained that I’ve done the swab and the result was thrush) and I asked for a prescription or another medication . The advisor which I hope is not a doctor started laughing when I said I’m dealing with this for more than a month and I need another medication. After all he said to go to the GP. He thought that I paid £70 just for him to tell me to go to GP :) In the end I asked for a prescription and I explained that I’ve seen this treatment scheme on NHS. After appointment I sent them an email to get the refund as is not possible to be scammed like this but until today I didn’t get any response. I hope they have the conversation recorded as it’s funny to hear the “advisor”:) Very poor service , lack of empathy and knowledge!

Saw a lady called - Roshni Desai who was most helpful today, provided me with a referral to try and get a deeper understanding of the mechanisms that have led to my ongoing pathology.
most helpful service, I would recommend using them again if you require a same day visit.

WARNING: Prescriptions NOT Accepted by Pharmacies – Waste of Time & Potentially Dangerous
I had an extremely bad experience with this online doctor service and feel obligated to warn others.
Around 95% of pharmacies do NOT accept their prescriptions. I personally went to six different pharmacies and every single one refused to dispense the medication because they would not accept the format of the prescription.
During the consultation, the doctor clearly did not understand my issue. I asked multiple follow-up questions directly related to the same problem I booked the appointment for, and instead of answering them, I was repeatedly told I would need to book another paid appointment just to get basic clarification.
After being unable to get the prescription filled anywhere, I tried to contact the company because at that point I genuinely started to worry whether this service was legitimate. They were essentially uncontactable. No meaningful support, no resolution, no accountability.
I then had to go to a proper in-person doctor, who told me that:
• The medication prescribed had nothing to do with my condition
• Taking it could actually have been dangerous for me
That was extremely concerning.
This service cost me:
• Money
• Hours of running between pharmacies
• Significant stress
• And could have resulted in harm if I had blindly followed their advice
If you value your health, time, or sanity, be very cautious. This service is not fit for purpose, and the lack of clinical understanding combined with unusable prescriptions makes it worse than useless.
Avoid.

After not being able to make a same day…
After not being able to make a same day appointment at my normal GP's I realised I had this service. After completing my health profile in the app I managed to book my apointment within five mins and actually had the appointment 45 mins later. The doctor had a frinedly manner and was very helpful.

I was having a hard time getting a…
I was having a hard time getting a repeat script via NHS which had been stressful, so I made an appointment online with The GP Service. There were some technical issues logging into my account and the staff were very helpful. The process was easy and stress free, the doctor was friendly, kind and understanding. I got my prescription within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend The GP Service to friends and family. Fantastic service.

Rubbish! impossible to deal with. Very disappointing
Cannot contact treat it by phone, constantly goes straight to answer machine, no person responding for weeks and no response to my emails. my order is messed up and no way to correct it on line or speak to someone about how to correct it. very stressful and disappointing
