Since starting my AI business, Josh really has gone above and beyond in helping me find my feet and getting everything up and running.

He is so responsive on Slack whenever I have a question about something. He goes with the approach of ‘let’s just get it done’ which is great, especially when my main focus is signing up my first client.

Josh is a true asset to AI Acquisition, I’d still be in limbo if it wasn’t for him.

I have had numerous zoom calls & communications with Joshua Williams of AI Acquisition, as has been helping and guiding me as I launch my business, even as I work my current business 60 - 80 hours a week. Josh is amazing. He has been great because he is patient, positive, and has a tremendous amount of business knowledge & savvy. He was outstanding in helping create my website for me as well! Josh Williams has spent countless hours on calls with me, helping me relaunch my campaigns, but what he’s given me goes far beyond that. He helped me see discovery from a completely different perspective, challenged how I think, and unlocked a level of clarity I honestly didn’t have before. Despite having worked in SaaS sales over a decade.

What really stands out is how much genuine care he brings. He didn’t have to give that level of time, energy, or support but he did. Because of him, I’m heading into 2026 feeling inspired, motivated, and genuinely excited about the future I’m building.

I joined AIA with genuine excitement and good intentions in the middle of 2025. I chose the DWY option (10.8K) and fully committed to making it work.

I want to start by saying this: the individuals I interacted with were generally professional and well-intentioned. This isn’t a character attack. However, my experience with the program fell short of what was represented at the time of sale.

What I was sold was a stable done-with-you system with dedicated coaching, a functioning AISDR, and clear milestones within the first 30–90 days. In practice though, the program was in a constant state of change. Tools kept shifting, core components were often described as “coming soon,” and the learning curve never really stabilized.

Coaching/support also changed materially. I started with a dedicated coach who gave conflicting advice from other coaches, but later realized was becuse he was on his way out (he exited the company within 2 months of us working together). I was reassigned, and then the model shifted again to rotating office hours instead of a dedicated coach. While the coaches in the office hours were capable, the lack of continuity meant repeatedly re-explaining context to advisors who didn’t know my business or history, which makes progress difficult.

Another gap was the AISDR (which was called Hermes). It was positioned as a core part of handling outbound and booking calls, but it didn’t exist or wasn’t accessible during the time I was actively in the program. I ended up having to do manual follow-up without a real system supporting conversion, which wasn’t what I signed up for.

I also tried to resolve this directly. I spoke with leadership and was told that because more time had passed, a refund wasn’t possible. Which is fine, I guess, but I’m now several months into the program and just received yet another nudge saying that the wins are coming.

Ultimately, instead of helping me move forward, the experience left me in a worse position than where I started, including having to return to a different sales job when my goal was to get out of one.

I believe AIA may eventually build something solid, but during my time in the program, it felt more like a product still being figured out than the proven system that was marketed. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision and go in with clear expectations.

When you enroll thousands of clients, naturally, a handful will get results. But what you won’t see are the many others who are just as frustrated as I am from the lack of continuity and ever-shifting deliverables from the program.

I really wanted to like the program, and I gave genuine effort at making it work (with 50+ podcasts done per their instruction). But at this point, and after trying to resolve this with their team prior to getting here, I feel the right thing for me to do is to share my feedback of what the experience has been like for me.

In short, I could not give AIA my recommendation.

Every positive review is a strategic system of onboarding someone, and asking for a review one month in. No one has any success yet and they ask for a review. People are also just praising the one on one coach who is really trying to help them, but the rest of it is smoke and mirrors.

It’s a very smart business model, create a shiny system that promises people to get rich quick. The idea is to get customers by pretending they are on a podcast, then pitch slapping them at the end to sell them the way you got them on the podcast. It’s like a multi level marketing system for business development and trying to sell them AI tools. They have a whole course platform and AI has written all of it. Weekly meetings are with 100+ people and everyone is trying to get there question in but three people get there questions answered.

You’ll talk to the people who work there and they are people who also did the course or are business owners. But why the hell are they working there if they are successful business owners from the course? Oh wait, they’re not.

I wish people who were pressured to write a review and then realize a few months in they were duped, would come back and write their real review. I would guess most are too embarrassed that they fell for a trap and spend 5k. 10k. Or 20k

Josh Williams is so bright and has so much great energy. I feel that working with him is going to increase my production and speed to market exponentially. Very happy to be working with him!

The AI Consultant is absolutely incredible. I was nervous about using AI like this but after seeing @KateHaywood do a review of it, I jumped in. I have been using it for everything!!! On the spot use with clients to prove how incredible it is, as well as use for everything from precall suggestions, background information, marketing ideas, etc. I was not sure what to expect but this is like the secret weapon in my back pocket when I am live. 100% love it!!! I actually was on a call yesterday with a potential client and showed it to him. I held my breath as I typed: "What should I propose to ABC Company and watched in awe as it gave me the info on the client, his company, AND suggested that he should partner with me for lead gen, etc." How awesome to have that come up and the client was in awe!!!...Big thanks to @dylanwade!

I had a phenomenal session with Nate Oretel today in the new way they are running sessions here, in like 20 minutes, we did an offer breakdown on how to do Marketing and how to go about offering people free Audit, and what Scaling looks like. Completely mindblowing

Since my start in September my PGP, Jessica Quinones has been the best mentor I could of asked for. She has been the key to getting my company where it is at now!

Great platform, great stacks and brilliant people. They've somehow put together the perfect package for anyone looking to setup an AI based business. I've been through lots of coaching programmes and 'tools for sale' places in my time, but never one that combines both so well, and with such professionalism.

I joined AI Acquisition in June 2025, and although I came in with a strong background, years of experience as a hospitality director, overseeing nationwide accounts, managing large teams, and working on the tech side of operations, transitioning into building my own AI-driven business was still a major shift. I knew I had the skills, but stepping into entrepreneurship brought up impostor syndrome in ways I didn’t expect.

Even though I extended my program during the AI Conference because I believed in the potential, there were moments where I felt so defeated and overwhelmed that I genuinely considered quitting. I didn’t need someone to hold my hand; I just needed clear direction, structure, and someone solidly in my corner who could help me turn my experience and instincts into action.

Sometimes all a person needs is someone truly in their corner, and Alejandro has been that for me from day one.

He listens deeply.

He helps me turn complex ideas into actionable steps.
If I need extra time, he gives it to me.
If I’m stuck, he helps me work through it.
If a call needs to run longer, or if we need to speak twice in a week, he shows up without hesitation.

That level of consistency and commitment is rare.

Because of his guidance, in just 1 month, I am now running a strong outbound campaign, booking calls, confidently hosting podcast interviews, and building a growth plan for a major client, the kind of client I once assumed was out of reach. The shift in my confidence, clarity, and momentum has been remarkable.

What stands out most about Alejandro is his ability to translate complexity into clarity. He never overwhelms; he grounds. He doesn’t just tell you what to do; he helps you reconnect with your strengths so you can move forward with conviction. His support has been the turning point, transforming my experience in this program from something I was doubting into something I’m now excited about, enjoy, and invested in.

Alejandro has been a game-changer in every sense.

There have been some hick-ups with onboarding due to technical issues with Heartbeat. My brief interactions with the community administrator regarding the issues raised many red flags, confusion and doubt about the integrity of the company. Had I not been working with Matthew Meuleman during this phase, my attitude about the company and process would certainly be more negative than it is. Thanks to Matthew's expert guidance, high level of integrity, transparency and interpersonal skills, I am extremely confident in the platform and my potential for success. I'm not the "yelping" type but it was so impactful to my attitude that I asked Matt to give me a way to express my appreciation for his service and this is the link he sent. I hope this somehow get's to Jordan and that he's recognized appropriately for being a rock star!

Jessica has been amazing as my PGP. From the start, she has been professional, supportive, and patient. With her experience as an entrepreneur herself, she has been in tune with the emotions and energy levels I have had throughout my journey and suggests specific actions and tools to support my success. In the rare instances she doesn't immediately have the information I need, I can always count on her to source it from her team and then follow-up with me to ensure I have what I need. Couldn't be happier with my decision to join AI aquisition. I joined these guys during the summer after selling my first and only company. I was looking for change, but feeling a bit indecsive about what I wanted to do next, then a contact of mine told me how AI Aquisition had helped him through a similar situation. I decided to reach out and had a good chat with them about my situation and what they were offering. It didnt take long to realise they had exactly what i needed Guidance, Experience and the toolkit I was looking for. After joining I pretty much immediately found a new niche (one completely different from my previous experience) that worked perfectly in to my skillset, followed by a handful of new clients and i'm already expecting to be taking 17-20k monthly coming in to the new year. My advice - reach out and let the offer speak for itself, you have nothing to lose but potentially a lot to gain.

AIA completely flipped the script for me. I had gotten to a point of feeling the strain of trying to both run and grow my business, so I started looking in to options for both coaching and specific tools that would help me with both. I looked around a bit and eventually came across AIA who appeared to tick a lot of boxes for me. I had my initial call and honestly thought someone had created this programmed just for me. The personalized coaching was just what I needed to get unstuck, and the tools they showed me opened my eyes to how far behind the game I was. Fast forward and the running of the business is much smoother and much less time consuming, allowing me to invest the time that's needed to continue growing with the help of the brilliant team at AIA. They will always have my gratitude!

It's been a great first few months. My growth partner Gee has been fantastic! It was all extremely daunting to begin with, but he has an amazing ability to break everything down into bite size chunks, and the growth has been amazing. The campaigns are going so well, I couldn't have done it without him!!
