I receive spam almost evey day to my email and telephone after i only once bought a product. I try to unsubscribe but it doesn't work!!!

If I only had to review the product (TheNapPillow), I'd give it 1 or 2 stars, but their kind customer service employee helped a little on the situation, even though they couldn't solve my issue.

Both my boyfriend and I bought the pillow because of the good reviews, but the only thing we've gotten from that product is neck pain as well as back pain. It doesn't help adjusting the pillow or rush it before bedtime, and the cold vs "hot" side? I don't feel any difference at all.

We're both very disappointed with the product, but unfortunately, we gave it too many chances and spent too much time on these chances in order for us to use their guarantee..

PS. Original pillow sheets don't fit either.

I ordered and paid for 2 pillows black week for 899 NOK. 16/11. Received no confirmation email, no receipt for my payment. I sent a mail to The Nap contact email address yesterday, no reply. Is this a scam site? I was deducted 899 from my account Saturday.

Sent second email yo the contact address 22.11 adding screen shot of the 899 NOK that has been deducted from my account.

Complete waste of time and money have waited almost 2 months so far money has been taken and no updates received, no responses to emails or requests for order to be cancelled and money returned.
DONT BUY IT!

The pillow is very comfortable, my sleep has improved since I got it. Delivery was fast and efficient.

Ordered from these and never received tracking information said delivery within 2-4 days ordered on the 7th of July. They don’t respond to emails, there is no uk customer service number. And I’ve not received what i ordered really disappointed as I spent £218 on a few items. I’ve read other reviews since and they were negative as well and noticed that they just reply saying they have searched their email and could not see that email in the system. So I’m guessing I will just get the same reaponse even though I had a confirmation email of the order. Just don’t bother could potentially be a scam. Luckily I paid with my credit card so I am in the process of getting my money back.

Good service, quick delivery and a good product. I got the pillow with a seperate cover, and the eye-mask. So far I am very happy with what I have.

I don't consider myself a particularly big guy, but I've long struggled to find a pillow that works for me. I sleep on my side most of the night, and most pillows aren't tall enough to support my head, leading to neck discomfort. My typical solution is to sleep with two pillows, but I've long tried to find a single pillow that works for me.

Because of this, the key thing that made me interested in The Nap was the fact that you can customize the height of your pillow by adding or removing the stuffing as needed. Add to this that the pillow has a satisfying heft, and the memory foam filling is both comfortable and supporting, and you have a winner.

Haven't tested the two-sided feature (one side is supposedly warmer, and other cooler) as I bought the pillow in the spring, but looking forward to trying it out as summer approaches.

Also, customer service is amazing. Delivery is fast, and if you have any issues (I wanted to add a second pillow to my order after it was placed), help is fast and extremely forthcoming. Sandra from the The Nap team is nothing short of an amazing; fast responses and very helpful.

I placed my order of 2 pillows and 2 pillow cases on 24th of Nov in 2023 via Finnish page thenap.fi. The web page promised delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

I contacted customer service on 10th Dec and again on 23rd of Dec. They promised that my order would be sent as soon as possible.

On 9th of January '24 I asked again where my order was and eventually on the 12th Jan they responded and my order was cancelled by mutual agreement.

It's now been over three weeks from the cancellation and I still have not received my refund. Can not recommend...
