Didn't receive full order

I ordered in December and received the order in January but I didn't receive one of the perfume straight away.
I sent them email and pics of what i have received and what i never but no reply.
I have emailed them three times now but till today no answer sooo disappointed 😔

Never received my order

First time customer I ordered 3x 100ml bottles for my partner as a gift in which I also received a free 5ml tester. I was given no shipping updates and a few days later a parcel arrived. It contained a leaking 5ml sample and a 30ml bottle which was smashed. I’ve emailed customer services straight away with photographic evidence and videos to tell them I’d received the wrong order and the order I did receive was smashed. They replied asking for photographs so they obviously didn’t bother reading my original email. Since then no response, no replacement and no refund.. order number TSR1263490.
Will never order from here again!

Ordered 4 bottles as a birthday…

Ordered 4 bottles as a birthday present, was sent shipping details but no tracking had updated had emailed numerous times and 0
Response, also had paid for next day delivery have used them before and the perfumes are ok, but their shipping and customer service just fail them! Item was ordered 3/2 and tracking was apparently shipped following day no contact from the company. Order NO TSR1282007 won’t be ordering anymore due to lack of communication to customers especially returning ones.

Order messed up

Ordered 2 of my wife's favourite perfumes - the bottles arrived and I wrapped them as a present.

When open I found out they were not the ones I ordered.

Upon contacting them they said there was a Warehouse error and the perfume I wanted was over ordered, so they sent me the alternative instead!!! - Unacceptable!!

What should have happened is they should have contacted me and asked if that was OK to do. If you want to a Ferrari garage and ordered one, but got sent a VW would you be happy?!!

They offered for me to return them after but the moment has passed - why should I return, they should just accept their error and send me the ones I originally ordered ....

Faulty Product, Zero Customer Support

Received a faulty perfume with a leaking nozzle under Order No. TSR1285632. Provided video proof and contacted Scent Reserve multiple times, but received no response. Extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.

These perfumes are absolutely fantastic. Smell divine and last all day. Saved loads of money since I started to use them. Ordered three lots and would definitely order more. Smell just like the real thing.

You get what you paid for

927 was meant to be Sauvage but all I can smell is lemon scented soap. 😅 Hubby agreed but he still used it anyway.

149 as Baccarat Rouge does smell like it but only on first sniff. The scent doesn’t last long.

105 as Libre doesn’t smell like it at all but it’s nice as it is.

126 as Santal 33. I haven’t smelt the OG yet so I can’t compare. I have mixed emotions for this scent. It’s flowery but can’t pinpoint which one.

They were sent via Evri. Weather has been rubbish these past few days. They left my parcel in the bin for glass under the rain. When I got home 2 hours later, the box was soaked through.

Poor delivery and support

Placed an order on 29/11/25 during the Black Friday offer of 8 bottles for £39.88, should have realised that the offer was too good to be true. My order was delayed and customer support was lacking with updates on estimated delivery. After my third email to the customer support team I received no reply at all, order was received on 22/12 incomplete. Only received 7 bottles and alternative scents were contained in the shipment instead of what I originally ordered. Emailed the same day as I received the shipment but only received a response in the new year requesting photos, provided photos but no further response has come from customer support. Have been left disappointed and out of pocket and would not recommend them.

First time to purchase from this…

First time to purchase from this company, shipping was fine, they smell ok but every bottle leaks? While the cost might be good, if you are lossing more than you use from a very poor spray cap then you might as well pay the extra for the real thing.
So from the four bottles bought I might get a quarter from each one as the loss from the leaks are massive.

Didn't receive item, no response....

I signed up to Scent Reserve’s emails and received an offer for a 5ml sample for £1. With shipping (£3.49), the total came to £4.49, which I felt was reasonable to try a new company.
The first concern was that they used Evri as the delivery company, which has recently lost several of my parcels, but I decided to give it a chance. After a week, the item still hadn’t arrived, so I contacted Scent Reserve to explain the situation and raise concerns, especially as I had paid for shipping.
I received no response. I then sent three further emails, including requests for a refund due to the item not being received, and again received no reply whatsoever.
While the amount is small, the complete lack of communication and customer service is very concerning. If this is how issues are handled over a £4.49 order, it doesn’t inspire confidence in placing a larger one. I’m glad I didn’t proceed with a more expensive purchase.
This experience has told me everything I need to know about the company’s customer service....

But my current order has gone missing with Evri, they've sent me an email to say they've misplaced it, and although Scent Reserve say they respond within 24 hours I've heard nothing in a week, and I've sent two emails, and checked junk and there is nothing.

They seem to read these more than their emails so I'll put it here: Order TSR1269216.

I have sent all emails from Evri saying they have lost it in the emails I have sent.

I really wanted to love these

I purchased several scents and cannot fault the delivery- they arrived the next day. However 2 of the 3 bottles leaked from the pump and the 3rd could in no way be described as a dupe. It was nothing like the inspired scent- I can only describe it as insect repellent mixed with a hint of Parma violets.
I contacted them immediately and received a reply a few days later with a returns label. The return was easy and I was refunded the day after the items arrived back with them.
I really wanted to love these, especially as they were for a present (the other scents were pleasant), but I cannot fault the speed in which they were sent and the speed in which they processed my return/refund.
