Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Phone calls are repeatedly placed on hold and then disconnected. On the rare occasion you manage to reach someone, they always give the same excuse—that the item is out of stock at the warehouse and will ship once the full order is complete. I’ve been waiting for over 9 months with no resolution.

It’s also worth noting that any five‑star reviews appear to be written by the company itself, not by real customers.

Avoid this site.

I placed an order on Dec. 30 and still have not received it nearly a month later. I have called customer service several times and all they do is say they will send a note to the warehouse. Then nothing happens. Whomever answers the phones refuses to transfer me to a manager. To display something as being for sale, take the money and then deliver nothing is outright stealing.
I placed a second order the next day. Unlike any other ecommerce site, they do not send a confirmation email telling you that your order is ready. You have to ask on your own. When I did receive confirmation, one mail told me to pick it up at one location during certain days and hours. Another email gave a different location, days and hours. This is a clown show.

Customer service is abysmal and absolutely unacceptable. They sent me a damaged $150 item, and I’ve been trying to get a resolution for three weeks with multiple phone calls and emails. Their rep, Christine D., is rude, talks over me, blocks access to a manager, and even goes silent mid-call and pretends not to be there. Wild! It genuinely feels like they’re dodging a return and trying to stick customers with defective, expensive products. I’ll be filing complaints with my credit card company and the BBB.
