Scott Weir was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He understood my situation quickly and was able to provide objective insights and advice on my options. It really helped to speak to an expert and to focus on the right issues. This provided much needed clarity.

Just had my first 121 with @indygill . Indy was concise with my next actions and very informative. Indy was knowledgeable and very professional but still made the session relaxed and comfortable. He clearly loves what he does and shows so much passion for property, it radiates good energy from him. Thank you

John Davidson is not only extremely knowledgeable in the field of property investing, but also approachable, warm, and able to explain things in simple terms to help me reach all my investment goals. I would highly recommend John as a coach, as well as Touchstone's courses in general.

Joined the wealth academy a month ago. Steep learning curve. Now ready to get to the next level. Had my first 1-2-1 coaching session with Geraldine Murphy; it was very helpful: motivating, and she put me in to right track. Really looking forward to working with her and touchstone network towards this new venture of property investment.

What a session! We came in feeling lost and unsure about which direction to take, but Indy completely shifted our mindset. He helped us see that everything is possible, gave us a clear and practical action plan with simple, manageable steps, and was honest in his feedback.
What really stood out is how genuinely he cares, he truly wants the best for his mentees. We’re leaving the session feeling motivated, focused, and genuinely excited about our next steps.
Thank you, Indy! 🙌

Update on the refund process and formal complaint in handling my case.
This morning, I received a phone call from Jenny, who I understand is the Head of Complaints. Unfortunately, I found her manner to be extremely rude and unprofessional. During the call, she repeatedly raised her voice, to the point where I had to ask her to stop shouting at me. The tone of the conversation was completely inappropriate and left me feeling uncomfortable and tearful.
I have taken a few hours to reflect before writing this review, as I wanted to ensure I communicated my concerns clearly and fairly.
I have now been informed that, within my Monthly Action Plan Reports (MAPRs), I failed to state and submit evidence, that I completed the actions set by my mentor each month (approximately three actions per month, since this was firstly in regards of July only).
However, none of the 27 questions within the MAPR itself , specifically ask whether actions set by the mentor, have been completed, nor do they request evidence of such actions. Furthermore, non of the 27 questions mentions anything about Action set by mentor at all!
According to Jenny, this requirement should have been “clearly interpreted” from the question: “How have you tracked your progress this month?”
In my view, this is an unreasonable interpretation. That question does not translate to “Have you completed all actions set by your mentor in your last 1:1 session?” Furthermore, nor does it indicate, that physical evidence must be retained and submitted, with the MAPR as suggested today by Jenny.
First during the conversation, I was told it is too late to submit the evidence for July now. When challenged, very reluctantly, I was told, that I could attempt to submit evidence now.
Although, it was strongly implied, that it will not make any difference, as “ students can fabricate it.” I was also informed, that I would most likely, now need to evidence all of my actions completed across past 12 month, approximately 36 actions (around three per month over 12 months).( complete U-turn, to what I was told last week, to make it impossible for students to prove)
I wanted to highlight the fact, that many of these actions are not realistically evidencable. Examples include:
* Conducting market research
* Meeting a potential investor for coffee
* Speaking with a local estate agent about GDV after a loft conversion
* Phone calls, text messages, informal discussions ( up to a year back)
* Writing or bullet points processes in your note book/dairy
These types of activities, often do not generate formal documentation, and at no point in the Terms & Conditions, onboarding process, or mentoring sessions.
As a students we were not communicated, that we must retain physical proof of every action completed, in order to qualify for the Money Back Guarantee. The T&C clearly states “follow mentors guidance and complete the actions” there is no mentioning of submitting any evidence. All of my 12 coaches feedback was always positive.
In my opinion, the Money Back Guarantee has been completely, mis-sold. The criteria now being applied were never clearly communicated. As it currently stands, the structure appears designed to make it extremely difficult, and practically impossible. For participants to successfully claim, under the guarantee.
This experience has been both disappointing and frustrating.
Keeping in mind, that I have completed all of the other requirements, for the money back guarantee, without a single fault!
I’m awaiting for the email and gathering evidence needed, and will keep reviews updated with the outcomes and next steps.

Ive had 3 coaching sessions with John to date, and I can honestly say it's a pleasure speaking with him and tapping into his wealth of knowledge. John always goes above and beyond what is expected. I would highly recommend having John as a coach (it's a shame I haven't managed to get him more than 3 times, as I think this would have created a better consistency for me). All I can say is, get in there quick, as he gets booked up fast

Good underlying information, professionally put across; designed to sell the follow on services rather than an educational 2days. Could be toned down.

Just had a 1:1 coaching call with Geraldine Murphy, which was fabulous. I feel freshly inspired and motivated and Geraldine gave me some great advice and tips, aswell as book recommendations for where I'm currently at, and her insight into mindset and different strategies to help that were great, I feel energised to take on the next few weeks and progress through the course work and network more. Thanks so much Geraldine.

Had a very productive 121 with Mel Richards. She ensured we got everything form the call we needed; listening to our current situation and providing invaluable advice and reassurances, talking us through out options and pointing us in the right direction. Will definitely be booking another 121 with Mel

Fantastic Support from Geraldine Murphy at Touchstone Education
my first 121 with Geraldine Murphy was an absolute pleasure. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what I appreciate most is how approachable she is. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and you never feel awkward asking questions — she genuinely wants to help.
I look forward to her guidance she has made a real difference to my confidence and planning moving forward already.
She’s a real credit to Touchstone Education, and I look forward to working with her moving forward.

One is given a Mentor to walk the journey with them. I do not need to do it alone. The assurance to know that I can get the help I need gave me courage and peace that I can join even though I am a widow and have nothing basically. I know that I will be a success story, having heard other people's testimonials. People who had debt like me, now living debt free.

We’ve had three one-to-one coaching sessions with Beth now and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is a lovely lady, incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely encouraging.
Beth has a calm, supportive way about her that instantly puts you at ease, and she explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. Each session has felt focused, positive and really motivating. We’ve come away from every appointment feeling clearer, more confident and supported.
If you’re thinking about working with Beth, I’d absolutely say go for it. She’s fantastic at what she does.

I waited a while to get a coach. However, Scott Weir was very good an attentive to what was appropriate for my business development. I needed clarity and this was a good start and confirmation of what I had already started doing. Thanks Scott.
