Case of non reimbursement from Petrone online pharma shop. Warranty started 2 weeks before its expiration, now it has expired. I have been bounced by a certain Miguel from Trusted Shops and the shop itself which has provided FAKE reimbursement documents. Still no money back, Trusted shops seems to be a pretty inert organization that does not really protect you from anything.
