I placed my order on 24.10.2025, and I received my toy after 42 days. I was expecting a maximum of one month, but I understand the process.

I hate complaining because it seems like that is all people do these day. However, I can't let this slide. I just received my order from Uloversdoll and it is not what I expected or what was shown in the factory pictures they provided for me. I currently own 4 dolls from various vendors so it's not my first rodeo. Alice, who was so helpful through out the ordering process, is who I have been dealing with. She promised every step would be taken to assure my happiness. That is until I bought the doll and saw very quickly that is is not what I was promised. Now, it's a different story. Listen to this, they will only accept a return if the box is not open. So, how are you supposed to know if there is a problem unless you open it? The doll has not been touched and I even sent them pictures of the doll, as they requested, still in the hygienic seal. They danced around for a couple of days and then sent me an email that looked as long as a new home contract eventually stating if I wanted a refund I had to ship the package to China, all though it came from US Stock, and then there would be a 50% fee. Or I could send the doll back to them, in the US, if I am willing to buy another, more expensive doll? You ever heard the saying "Fool me once shame on you...Fool me twice shame on me"? Not a chance of that happening. So, be careful if you decide to buy from Alice at Uloversdoll...I should have been!

I expected a reply that misses the mark on everything that has truly transpired with my order. You have lied throughout this message and have now destroyed any possible credit you might have had. First, you did send me pictures prior to my order because I wanted to be certain the doll delivered would be symbolic of the doll advertised. Those pictures depicted a light tan doll, just like the website pictures. The problem is they are not like the doll you shipped. I wish there was a way to upload those pictures on here. If I did you would not be responding like this. After I wrote you complaining and requesting a refund you sent more pictures. However, these pictures were not the same as the first set. These pictures are of a fair or natural doll. So, in essence, you sent two sets of pictures of two different dolls and don't blame it on lighting because they were taken in the same factory room with the same light...It's Obvious.

Next, you lied when you said the doll has been unboxed. When, in fact, I sent you pictures of the doll still in the box wrapped in the Hygienic seal as well as all contents being untouched and in the box as well. This doll has not been touched and you damn well know it. You even sent me a "Thank you" for being so respectful as to not cause any contamination to the doll. Keep in mind, I still have all the emails you have sent so watch what you say.

You also lied when you said this doll was a customized doll. I bought this doll from your US Stock dolls. If it was a custom doll how did it get here in 6 days? Stop with the lies. Trust Pilot can verify this by simply looking on your website.

Now, your solution is to have me purchase another one at a discounted rate to get the skin tone of the doll you sent pictures of in the beginning. This, I still can't wrap my head around. You are suggesting that I pay twice to the get the right doll? Are you insane?

I was upset when I first posted this. Now I am furious at your lying and disrespect. It is now my mission to spend everyday trying to steer people clear of your company! I told you from the start you chose the wrong guy to screw over!

There really are no words for me to express how great my experience was. Every step of the way Alice helped me pick and chose the options that i wanted and explained to me the benefits of having them with my doll. Even helped get me the outfit she was wearing in the pictures because that's what sold me on the doll. I was notified every step of the way on where she was before she arrived at my doorstep. When i had questions they were answered in a timely manner no matter what the question was. Package was solid and no damages during shipping. I was sent pics before she was delivered for verification, but getting her out of the box and seeing her in real life was mind blowing. She looked even better in person. I have to say that i am more than happy about my purchase and when the time come ill buy from them again. Thank you for all your help!

This doll will not disappoint you, If you dont know how to care for or cut the wigs to fit your needs ask somone to help, I cut her hair a little shorter half way down her back and was easy with both wigs was my first time doing it alone, The tease comb that comes with it works great it did the job well..Dont yank or pull it threw the hair have the hair over your palm and brush it threw lightly over with the other hand with comb if any knots. I have absolutely no complaints about this doll or the seller, customer support was amazing. Definitely one of the most lifelike sex dolls, I’ve ever had. Not heavy at all, but enough weight to feel real. She is easy to clean, and keep clean.

And remember, that lube is your friend.

You can easily carry her in the shower with you, just pat dry after.

This is close enough to life sized to be amazing. Its got quite a heft to it so it doesnt move around when you are playing, the chest is huge and soft and squishy. Using a heating rod is a great idea.

This Doll has a very detailed molding or casting. The details are very realistic looking. Looks like the real thing. Even has little shaving bumps. The size is approximately life a real women, but big enough to work. It has a back bone that adds some stiffness to it. The two holes are tight and feel great. A water based lubricant is a must. Cleaning it is a job, because of the size and weight. Could not be more pleased with it.

The feel to it is very realistic and soft to the touch. The size of it is perfect. It’s very easy to clean.
