Had a query on my subscription. Aimee was most helpful and sorted it all out quickly and with the minimum fuss. Great service.

I purchased several Unfabled products from Boots Superstore. The ashwagandha was very easy to eat, and tasted nice. I found one product contained in a large capsule, which was difficult for me to swallow. I contacted the company about alternative ways I could take their mushroom superblend capsule and got a reply within 15 minutes, not only a reply but a very easy solution! The capsule can be broken open and mixed into a smoothie or yoghurt. Perfect solution for me.

Great website and really good customer service

I have ordered from Unfabled before so I trusted that they provide a great service. This time I had an issue as Royal Mail seems to have lost the parcel but when I contacted them, it was dealt with smoothly and swiftly. Great service!

Excellent product and customer service. I ordered the weighted sleep mask and it’s just great. It really helps with my anxiety. Originally the parcel was delivered to the wrong place, but customer service was exceptional. They were so easy to get in touch with and immediately sent out a new order.

Brilliant range of products and customer service! I encountered a technical issue when I was trying to set up a subscription. Unfabled were really good in sorting it out as quickly as possible and they were a pleasure to deal with. So far I have tried the collagen gummies and am very impressed!
