Products are poor quality and…
Disappointed in the product for the price. Poor quality and some flawed logic. Lots of marketing. The material is from the United Church of Christ which seems to have some serious flaws in doctrine to be putting out a book on Systematic Theology.

I ordered 2 books 1/27/26 it’s 2/11/26 still haven’t received anything except a fake tracking number and a headache. I filed a dispute with PayPal. My case is being investigated.

The guides I purchased are well-structured, engaging, and meaningful. They've become part of my regular routine and I'm really enjoying them.
This company is horrible
This company is a scam. They send you low grade products with typos throughout and will not refund your money. Customer service does not exist. I have spent over a month trying to return the book I got from them. They offered a 5% discount as shipping the item back, in their words, would net me a complete lose.
The book has several errors.
The book has several errors. There are 2 chapter 14s and no chapter 15, same for Chapter 20 - there are 2 and no chapter 21.
Exceptional experience all around
Exceptional experience all around! I’ve used study guides from other places before, but Valorrea stands out with its clarity and relevance. The lessons are insightful, easy to apply, and beautifully presented. Customer support was friendly and super helpful. Will recommend to friends and family.
Ordered a systematic theology website…
Ordered a systematic theology website for kids as a gift, but I never received an order confirmation email. After about a week, I went onto their website to see if I could track my order. Sent them an email and received a response right away, saying that my order is in transit and they provided a link to track my order. But when I clicked the link, it did not work. I sent several other emails trying to get my order number so that I could try tracking it via the order tracking page on their website, but never received a response. I also tried calling their customer service number, but no one answers. I decided to file a claim with my bank to reverse the charges. Really bummed because the workbook they advertised looked great!
Update: I actually did receive the book. It seems that this is a foreign company. The tracking information says “International shipment release,” but does not say country of origin. That explains the weird communication.
Good content, poor shipping!
The content of Systematic Theology for Kids looks good and I’m looking forward to using with my grandchildren. The shipping experience was frustrating. It took five weeks to arrive despite their claim of 6-10 business days. The “Shop” app was worthless as it didn’t show any progress in tracking my items.

I received my order quickly and the team was responsive and kind when I had a question. It made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend!
Ordered 6 systematic workbooks on Jan
Ordered 6 systematic workbooks on Jan. 19, supposedly shipped on Jan. 20. I’m still waiting on my order. They won’t answer my emails either. But after reading the reviews, which I failed to do before I trusted them, I’m now thinking I’ll never see anything from them. I don’t even like having to give the “1” star option in this review. So, if you are reading this review wondering if you should order from them; DON’T!!!
Valorrea should not be getting a bad wrap.
I gave Valorrea a 5 to offset all the negative comments. Please be patient, your order will come. It did take a little longer to arrive. The size is 7 1/2 X 10, perfect for smaller hands and is spiral bound. The material is for 5 year olds and up. You won't be disappointed. It even arrived on a Sunday.

This must be a scam from nigeria....ordered 2 books 3.5 weeks ago...were responsive.at first to emails... but now nothing..no phone response... phone is always busy....no email response...should have read reviews first...don't bother with these guys..not worth your time and definitely not worth the loss of your hard earned dollars...once you order they do not give refunds..just a bunch of bullies and cowards hiding behind a website...warn others as well as churches you attend and know of....I found the same books on amazon...for those of you looking for the systematic theology for both kids and adults..just received email response to a request from a previous email
The support email system is either disabled or no longer exists...email server has been.disabled...yep..sounds like a Nigerian scam...lol
Just filed a dispute with my credit card company...no money for these guys..please dispute any charges...and keep all email traffic..it makes it that much easier to keep your money in your pocket.
UPDATE 11 Feb 2026...arrived home a few minutes ago and there were the books I had ordered...cancelled my no pay to my credit card company so they get paid....all of this could have been avoided if they just replied to their email..sheesh...while I am good I got my order...I think Amazon is the way to go....too bad...I still cannot give them more than 1 star...books had some grammar errors..and selling a product is more than advertising it....I hope they change ...

Gift for my granddaughter
I bought this for my 6yr old granddaughter. She loves it. She's learning to read and she enjoys reading it. I want her to truly understand the bible. I was pleased how quickly it arrived. Money well spent.
