Didn't receive anything yet. They sent me a email to "Track" my order but no webpage exists.

Ordered an item. got an email to track item. Received a bounce back. Message wasn't delivered as domain vanplek.nl couldn''t be found! No item received. May be a scam!07/02/20

I emailed Vanplek multiple times to arrange a return and received absolutely no reply. This is not just poor service – it’s a complete disregard for consumer rights. When a company ignores customers during the legal return period, it raises serious trust issues.

I ordered a pine unblocking product that this company was advertising for. All they sent me was just dust. Please, anybody, do not buy from these people. It's all a scam

Scam company! Ordered translation device and sent something else! Webpage for returns not working, customer service useless! Loss of money! Avoid this company!

I spent 20 euros on a mould cleaner. It took many weeks to be delivered, no updates on delivery. I received the bottle and it was tiny. I couldn't even spray the whole wall. It did nothing at all, no effect. The day after I bought bleach at the supermarket, sprayed all over the wall and it was all gone and clean in 3 minutes, and it only cost me 7 euros. Total scam.

I ordered the Sport Bluetooth Earphones, it simply does not work.
Sending it back seems to have a lot of steps. Yes I wish I had look here or Reddit before.
I agree with everyone else here. Not a reliable company at all steer clear.

Worst company . They said wrong product and then emailed sorry if want to return you need to pay yourself to return . Or take 20% off for next products

Yes, yes, I know. Any business that advertises on social media demands a check on Trustpilot, I know. I forgot to do that and the order seemed harmless - the same laser/tape measure gadget. It wasn't terribly expensive, but like it happened to the rest here, it's money down the drain. Never received anything and they ignore any complaint or demand made to them.

Ordered via an Instagram advertisement, then read the trust pilot reviews and thought I had been scammed . However, I immediately received a DHL track and trace number and the product arrived after 10 days. Very happy with what I ordered, it is as described. They should change their wording as they give the impression that if you order before 23:00 you have the product the next day. That’s not the case, they send the product the next day from China .

I've order a game in 16 December, for a Christmas present, it arived in 5 january! 30€, with 50% sale, full price 60 euro 🤬🤬. The same game on Ali express is maximum 15 euro with delivery in 7 days!! I don't need it anymore but its not possible to send it back. Or is possible if I'll send it in China Stay away from this online shop, they just order it for you from ali express with double price!
