please stay cautious and do not deposit, I traded on my account for months and was primarily a loss, but when I went to withdraw after making some money, they freeze my account and lock me out unable to let me take both my initials and my profit. My account worth over $197,550 was locked and I was unable to withdraw any of it. I called and texted customer service several times without getting a response. a day later, my account was wiped out all my money was gone. I did not let them go, I seek assistance from an agency and receive a complete refund. I was told not to platform like this, I had no trouble obtaining my entire money back. Never hesitate to ask for assistance. Watch out! They are scammers.

These are big THIEVES AND SCAMMERS. I made a simple transfer of 321 XRP (640 USD) From Payeer wallet to Volet but I never received the funds in my account. They asked me for documents on how I acquired these funds as if it were 6400 or 64000 USD. I acquired these funds honestly by trading on Payeer wallet from 2022 until now. First they asked me for a trading history and I gave them such a document but I did not receive my funds. Then they asked me for a document supposedly about the source of the funds. I gave them a document from a deposit made with a bank card but they still did not give me my honestly earned money and they find some new excuse. Every time I give them a document they ask for another and another and so on in a circle. And one more thing, every time I write to their support on their website they do not respond. When I post here then they immediately call to lie about something. That's how thieves and scammers like these do it. So people don't put your honestly earned money on this wallet with these thieves because you will be robbed like me. THIEVES stop lying and stealing from people and give me my honestly earned money.

I received a payment on Volet but for two weeks I couldn’t transfer the funds to my bank account. Customer service only sent what seemed like useless automated replies that didn’t help at all. After numerous attempts I finally managed to complete the transfer using my phone instead of the computer. I still can’t quite understand what was preventing the operation from going through all those previous attempts.
Essentially if something goes wrong you’re left to figure it out on your own because the "support” is completely ineffective. That said, the platform itself seems solid. I hope there are no more issues because there's no real help provided, everything is left entirely in the user’s hands.

It would be ok but it fails very often in Serbia and you can´t use it for months so i will search for anohter card provider. I paid a lot for cards that turned out to be out of service for months and months.
