I was able to land an offer from a bulge-bracket firm
I was able to land an offer from a bulge-bracket firm with the help of the coaches from WSMM. WSMM offers a more comprehensive video resource to study for the technicals beyond the 400-question guide. In addition to that, I was able to get all my questions answered through interaction with coaches and during office hours. As for the behavioral part, WSMM has amazing coaches who helped craft and revise all my stories in a more structured way. Before, I had no idea what the best way to answer "tell me about yourself" was. Most importantly, I did many rounds of mock interviews with coaches and have received very constructive feedback to further improve my interview skills.
Great program
Great program, world class coaches that are invested in your success. Interview database is insanely helpful, modules are great. Great community of other highly motivated students to work with. Overall the program provides guidance and the most up to date recruiting practices to help you succeed in your processes. Helped me land an NYC EB from 3.6gpa non-target school.
WSMM has been incredibly helpful in…
WSMM has been incredibly helpful in introducing me to the world of Investment Banking and helping me become more competitive in such a demanding field. As a sophomore, it gave me clarity and direction at a time when I was still figuring out my path. I learned so many things I wouldn’t have known otherwise, gained practical insight into the industry, and found a community of students who share the same goals and drive. The coaches provide personalized support and guidance throughout the process, which made a huge difference in my confidence and preparation. I highly recommend WSMM to any student interested in IB.

Super Helpful
Great network/coaches. Really know what they're doing and stay on top of things. Also really helpful resources to prepare for technical and behavioral questions, in addition to mock interviews. Would recommend for those trying to break into IB. The ROI is just too great.

Just based on the onboarding call I felt very organized in what I need to do and when. Theres obviously a lot thrown at you at once but I do not think this is a bad thing whatsoever, the beginning of the modules explain how to keep up to date and manage your time well, which is certainly necessary during the recruiting process. All in all, I really have no complaints and the coaching has been very informative and always available.

Non-Target Southern School to Top MM NYC
I’m an actual client. Just signed my offer two days ago. MEGA non target southern school, <10k kids, 0 family connections, 3.3 gpa, and just got into an upper middle market firm in NYC with a global presence.
I absolutely would not have gotten this offer without the help of WSMM. They showed me how to network, technical prep (my non-target school has literally two other kids in banking ever, so no help from them), and craft behavioral answers. I seriously am besides myself for even getting this offer, but am so unbelievably thankful for their help.

Loving everything that Sam and WSMM is doing here. I have no regrets investing into this product and looking to gain a lot more experience in it. If I had no other direction, I would steer towards here, literally the best!
Super Helpful
The template was great and getting feedback as quickly as I did was super nice also. Mindy helped guide me to make my resume better without changing what I actually did with my previous experiences.
Good Experience
Very hands on experience. Coaches were always available when needed and responded promptly. Great for interview preparation as they know the typical questions asked in the interviews and how to tackle them. Would highly recommend!
Good Resource
When I joined WSMM I knew little about the IB recruitment process, but what I did know was that I was willing to put in the effort and fully commit to the gruelling process. I come from a non-target school where IB is not that big, so I needed all the resources I could get. The modules were very helpful -- Sam explains things and teaches the technical concepts in a very digestible way that made things intuitive. It was much more efficient than just trying to learn them from textbooks & online guides alone. Sam also provides helpful networking logs, email templates, etc., and office hours were useful too. Having multiple mentors that I could ask any question to was great and I honestly should've taken advantage of it more.
I ended up accepting an offer that I am extremely happy with; while I could not have done it without the support from WSMM, it is integral to understand the importance of your own drive and discipline during this process. It's because I actually followed the modules, dedicated all my time towards this goal, and constantly reflected and adapted my strategy throughout that I was able to achieve results.
Good experience
I think WSMM is a great experience for people that are trying to break into IB but have no idea where to start. It’s definitely very expensive, but I do think the service you get is worth it if you have no idea what to do. A lot of the recruiting process will still be on you, but I would describe WSMM as a hand that will guide you on the way.
I think the resume reviews are very useful, and the coach channels are great as well. You also get mock interviews and it’s nice to have an insider perspective during the recruiting process.

Great Program
The lessons were very insightful and the coaches were very responsive to any questions I had. This program does a great job of helping you build a process for recruiting/networking and preparing for interviews. I also enjoyed the community aspect of it and was able to build good relationships with the other students.
Honest Review
The program is excellent. Great coaches and modules, and the office hours with former head recruiters were extremely helpful. Helped me land a Citadel summer internship offer on their long/short equities team. Detailed review below:
Before joining the program, I did junior summer internship recruiting on my own. I thought I had enough resources, but I wasn't able to land the IB/buyside offer(s) I was hoping for. I joined a 4+1 program to give myself another shot at summer internship recruiting and knew I didn’t want to face the same outcome. I started looking for help, and even though I was initially skeptical about WSMM, I watched over 10 client reviews on YouTube, which gave me enough confidence that the program was legitimate.
Over the past 7–8 months in the program, I found several aspects particularly helpful. First, their behavioral answer reviews were invaluable. I knew I was stronger technically than behaviorally, but I was shocked to see how weak my behavioral responses were before joining WSMM. The coaches were extremely helpful in guiding me on which stories to use and how to convey key messages effectively.
Second, their office hours were very insightful. Every week, former heads of recruiting held office hours for an hour, providing an inside look into how recruiting actually works and its nuances, covering everything from how banks track networking calls to how offer decisions are made. Understanding how the game works helped me strategize my approach in the most effective way.
Third, the private coach channel was a game-changer. I had direct access to designated coaches where I could ask any questions, which proved extremely helpful. Unexpected situations will come up during the recruiting process which requires bespoke advice. The coaches' advice were very helpful in helping me navigate these nuances as these were advice that I wouldn’t have found online or from someone who had only gone through the process once.
And lastly, what I found most helpful was how much they focused on mindset. Recruiting is not easy, and Sam did a really good job highlighting how important it is to be mentally strong and how to build resilience and grit. Not a lot of people talk about this.
The program will set you up for success, whether you come from a non-target school or are an international student (I’m both). However, your outcome ultimately depends on how well you utilize the resources, ask the right questions, and put in your own effort.
Good Program
Good Program, work on your own treated it more of a chatgpt type support system to ask questions

Review of Onboarding - Kristin
It was a great meeting but it ran a bit shorter because Kristin had another meeting to attend to. One piece of feedback I have is maybe have a tangible representation of what was discussed instead of just talking about it. For example, a fillable pdf that is filled out with Krisitin to visually outline the road map for the next few months instead of just being told what to do.
