Is this company still trading?

Might as well as give them the car, over a £1000 less than quoted elsewhere. I'm embarrassed for them, modern day Highway robbers, go elsewhere. Don't give thee crooks your vehicle

Got a quote online and it said to call theiŕ number, when i first called on tuesday, the man made out he couldnt hear me then hung up when it came to asking the history of the car, i dont know if it was because it was 7.06pm and they finish at 7.30pm maybe they wanted to rush home?? i tried calling back and no answer, i pressed the call back option and heard nothing, i got an email saying we tried calling you back when they never, liars
I have been calling various times throughout the day since tuesday and each day i have waited over an hour and no answer, i have even pressed 1 for the callback option every day and i have heard nothing, i dont think anyone is working in the call centres it looks like they are having a skive! I have even emailed them on 2 email addresses i found of theirs yesterday and nothing!

Well organised and great communication. Albeit you achieve below market rate for your car sale it takes the hassle away and very well structured process. Great service, thanks A******

Quick and easy

Process appeared very simple. Acqxepted an online valuation, called to discuss and then you reduced the price saying it was the mileage. What a con, I stated a true ( slightly higher in case we used it) mileage that was acknowledged but Justin just kept going at a lower price. Upped it slightly and then called again to say he has done a marvellous deal and got me more but was still way below what he knew I wanted. Be careful, it’s tempting when they offer instant payment but you won’t get a true price. Shame

The process is quite simple, the initial sales advisor was clear about the process and always followed up as promised. The transport team could not collect on a Saturday due to resource shortage, then when attempting to collect again did not press the doorbell correctly hence no one answering. Suggestion here is to old school knock on the door ! The final attempt was great with two experienced guys attending and no issues concluding the transaction.

We were offered a fair price for our car on the phone after a detailed appraisal discussing any marks and the car's overall condition.
When the people came to collect the car, they were polite and friendly with no pressure at any point.
Having inspected the car, we were paid the full amount without any haggling and it was in our account within 5 minutes.
I would definitely use them again and would also recommend them to others.

The experience on the day of sale was good,quick and smooth. I got the previously agreed agreed price over the phone. Everything was finished in 40 minutes.

Sold my car with these guys, Azeem was very friendly in the initial call, I described exactly the vehicle condition and was given an offer.
On collection again two very friendly guys turned up and inspected the vehicle and took it for a test drive. I was expecting to be haggled down but no, money was in my bank before they left. Great service all round and will sell to these again. P.S the offer was a lot more than we buy any car (who are useless).

Ali, the original agent / assessor was super polite, easy to deal with. Sure he was selling me on the deal but he got the tone / approach right. I'm guessing he was early in his career based on his voice. He's going to do well in sales ... good luck!

Based on my experience I'd use them again, especially with lower value cars that have a few issues. Be honest about what the issues are and I think they will honour the pre inspection price. They have their process side of things well figured out.

I have used this company before and I’ve now used them a second time, very good price for my car and the process was very simple to follow, communication was also very good, driver arrived to collect it and sorted all the paperwork and I was paid within a matter minutes, miles better than We Buy Any Car

Worst company ever avoid at all costs!! Will literally try stealing your car.
Made me drive to an auction site for “inspection” they then say it’s all fine and to go and they will send payment link, 10 mins later get a call to say they are offering £1500 less than what they said (after the inspection where they said to leave and that the price was fine) so I call and say no I want the car back. I haven’t left the site at this point, they say they’ll bring it in 1 min, I’ve been here over half an hour and nothing no car no nothing. Wasted over 3 hours of my working day doing this as was promised a price. Biggest liars and scammers ever!! They seriously need to be investigated by a fraud agency
