I received a shirt as a gift. I am trying to exchange it for a different shirt. I filled out a contact form a week ago, no response. I emailed customer service, no response. I tried calling, no answer, just a voicemail to leave a message. I did not bother.

This company takes months to complete an order with no communication.

I received a gift from this company and after 4 emails and 2 voicemails nobody has cared to get me a response and it’s been over a month. I highly recommend nobody do business with this firm.

clothes are nice, sizes are a bit wonky, but customer service is nonexistent. Trying to do a size exchange, and it is extremely hard to get a response out of them at all.

No response from various customer service inquiries re order status.

Ordered Dec 18 and is now Jan 10. Customer service hours limited to Mon to Fri office hours. No response to email or voice messages. Closed entirely for 5 or more days from Jan 2 on to Jan 7.

Bought 2 shirts and they do not look as good as the pictures in the catalog. The pictures make it look like the shirts have nice texture while the actual shirts barely have any texture. The shirts are thin and flimsy:

I ordered a very cool, looking knit button down shirt from the catalog. it came and I did not like the feel of the material when I tried it on. I sent it back and this company did not reimburse me the full amount I paid initially. They charge me for shipping the return! They sell clothes. If they don’t fit or you don’t like them, they charge a steep price for the return. Totally outrageous. Will never order another item from them

Just don’t buy anything from here. It’s way overpriced, $160 a shirt then they charge $20 for shipping on top of it, and it’s normal USPS snail mail. There is zero customer service. One of the worst, just stay away.

Stylish designs, but poor quality and way overpriced.

After reading all the 1-star reviews, I gotta admit I was actually prepared to be disappointed by my recent purchased. 2 shirts and blue cardigan. To my surprise I am very happy with all 3! And I am a bit of a clothes horse. 1) the items all look just like the pics in the catalog. Big surprise! 2) the material and the construction are NOT cheap, very well made, very soft. 3) the cool and unique styles are of course the reason I ‘bit’ in the first place. These don’t look like off-the-shelf TJMaxx or Dillard’s. Very stylish.
Criticisms: 1) yes very pricey, but I think I’ll be wearing these clothes much longer than others. 2) it would helpful if the catalog had male models to see how the cut and ‘hang’ look.

Prices are ridiculous and shipping is too expensive!
I ordered a short sleeved button down shirt for summer.
Although the color/pattern is nice, the fabric is so heavy, thick and scratchy, who would want to wear it in the summer when its hot? I will not shop with them again.
I will stick with Carbon2Colbalt where the quality and fabrics are fabulous and their customer service has been top notch for me.

I was almost suckered in by their catalog. KInd of pricey but the promo adverts were tantalizing....photos good too. Turns out that internet retail has become a jungle of predatory companies looking for quick bucks by milking human (compliant) cows... If you are a lazy shopper, at least check out all the reviews you can...you'll be glad you did!

I bought a pair of fleece knit pants (item 623088) from Bar Blues at Christmas (2024). I have worn them a handful of times and noticed tiny lint balls forming before I washed them even once. After washing (gently and NOT drying), there are countless lint balls all over the pants. I was really surprised at what poor quality this company’s merchandise is considering the prices of their items are NOT cheap!! O, and the snap at the waist has never held in place. If I hardly bend over, it pops open.
Mind you this problem has come
about only from receiving the product on Christmas 2024 till mid March 2025!!!!
Lesson learned by me and I hope others that read this, the poor rating of this company is justified and buyer beware before purchasing!

Today (1/23/25) I received an item that I ordered on 12/3/24 as a Christmas gift. This company ignored multiple emails and phone calls and I only received this item (a sweater) after I disputed the purchase with my credit card company. Needless to say the sweater is being returned tomorrow and I will never purchase from this unresponsive retailer again.

We ordered a tee shirt as a gift, and the quality was not good for a tee that they charge $58 for. The fabric was thin and the side seams were already twisting. Obviously this company's quality has declined over the past year. Buyer beware.

I purchased 2 items on November 16th and received them promptly. One item did not fit so I returned it using the provided shipping label. The return was received on November 22nd. I’ve received no acknowledgment of receipt and certainly no credit. I’ve emailed (their preferred method of communication) 3 times and I’ve called their customer service, also 3 times, where I got a recording that they were “busy” serving other customers and asking for details so they can call you back, they don’t. I finally entered a dispute with my CC company. I like the quality of the items I received but why would anyone want to buy from them if you have to fight to get a legitimate credit? I won’t purchase from them again.

Order placed and payment made, item shown as “in stock”, paid for premium delivery. After two weeks and no product, wrote email to customer service…non response. Called customer service line, no answer. Wrote critical message on their FB page, finally got a response stating credit card was declined; no, card was charged weeks earlier. Finally got a call saying they had reversed the charge and canceled the order.

This Men's Clothing Co has cool styles and good quality products! The prices are not cheap (over $100 for a shirt) but I like the clothes I've received! I've made a dozen purchases and I've been completely satisfied! The shipping, although pricey, gets the orders to my house in just a couple of days!
