The most unprofessional A kasse

The most unprofessional A kasse. Looks like the left hand doesn't know what the right does. 4 employees can't give you the same information when you have problems. Lot's of problems with the payment looks like they have some problems with mathematics. And at the end you always can hear a sorry again and again and again. Don't even get close to 3f A kasse (but their union works perfect). I have friends at atother A kasse ( Krifa and CA) they rarely have any problems.
It's just simple terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

A kasse seniority taken away and 3F playing along with and backing up the employe

Because of coming to DK as a student, I was a union-akasse member from the get go, as I constantly heard stories about people getting fired and screwed over, and I was thinking better not be me! HA
After I stopped being a student, and I started working full-time, I decided that I will change my union and akasse.I had been with a random one, not related to my field. But as I was doing the signing up, with a beautiful deal 2m for free, and I was pretty much so making sure, that I won't have a gap when I am not being a member of any union/akasse. So I had this phone call with this lady, we started chatting, she explains how the things are, requests me to sign in with my MitID, to confirm future paymenets in MobilePay, and after we go through this bustle, I ask her, to be sure; Is this all? Do I need to do something else?
Fast forward 2 months after that, I wasn't charged anything for the membership, which I find odd, after using MitID to sign stuff, and adding payment method AND having the logo of 3F appear in my subscriptions in MobilePay, I decided to contact them immediately, and guess what? My account was never set up! The only thing that has apparently happened over that phone call I had with their employee, was that the logo of 3F appeared in my mobilepay, but nothing was being set up, they had no information about me, no nothing. Which right away, makes me think what would happen in case I'd lose my job? Will I, after 3years of being a member as a student elsewhere, not be covered because of a mistake caused by their worker? So I write them an email as well, informing them when did the mistake happen, the phone number that was claiming to finish up the signing in, time, what is the issue, how I am afraid it might catch up with me and I'll be doomed because of their staff either not caring or not being trained right. Fast forward to now lol. I have been contacting 3F about a suspicious warning I got at work, and also about the way I have been given that warning -no union representative-HR being present, never received a copy..-, mentioning that what I think is happening, as the company is about to temporary close down some of their brunches, is that they are trying to get rid of people and save up money, and by giving me that warning, I felt like I just got a target on my face. I was being pointed to talk with a union representative at my workplace, which felt lazy and I refused also because of -familiarity- amongs the people in the company, the classic -let's fire 5 people and save 1 manager!- stuff, and gossip traveling super fast. 2 days after this, I got fired. When I first get to talk to someone from 3F about this, I am on the phone with mister T., after sending him the pdf of the dismissal, and describing him what actually happened, AND THAT I GOT RECEIPTS that I never did what I am being accused of, as it all happened in online communication, he says he is really positive about us having a case here, and that he will get back to me once he hears from HR. Some time goes by, and I get invited from Akasse because I put myself available on the job market, and as a seeking work. When I get there, she says "Have we forgot to text you? You're not a member for 12+ months, so we can't help you" YUP, exactly the thing I was afraid of is happening. (Mind you, in those 8months me being actively member in their system, no one got back to me with a follow up on the email I wrote them about this f..up their employee caused) and no body was able to react to it. The response was sort of "yeah, pitty, well.." also saying that in no way can that be possible because they don't do registration through the phone -- then what the heck was I doing back in January with your worker?? Never mind (apart from the fact that it does matter quite a lot), this isn't even what I want to warn people about the most. So after not having anyone get back to me, about whether I was rightfully fired or not, I start talking with them over their website as I am walking form the failed Akasse meeting with 3F, where my right for dagpenge got dismissed, to JobCenter, and after a different employee than the one on the phone, takes over, she asked me to give her the screenshots texts I had, in which I am answering no to something and advising my colleague not to do it either. And this is already 2w after I first opened this case up right, where my former employer claims that I did something, something that is forbidden, without providing a single proof of it. And after I handed them the only communication that has had happen around this whole thing and the reason I got fired, where I strictly say no to what I am being accused of, this woman got back to me, saying that after talking with the representative, that there is nothing she can do, while referring to staff handbook. Saying there's nothing she can do to challenge something they claim I did, based on no proof.

Overtime

Thanks to the trade union, I could feel like a human being on an equal basis, offering hard work in return. I had a problem getting my money back for overtime, which the Danes got and the agency workers didn't.
And that's where the union, probably all in white, stepped in and saved the day.

I paid 3 years for these union just to…

I paid 3 years for these union just to find out they don't care about their customer when I hit a real problem,after I explain them the problem via mail and phone,nobody text or speak with me anymore,why? because my ex-company is a 3F member and have an employee(colleague) that was a 3F represent member,and when me and more colleagues spoke about the racism,discrimination and real problems that we encounter and keep in mind that we were at 3F union members also at that moment (some of them paying for 7-8years for these useless services),their represent member said simple like we were nothing,I can't do nothing because I will lose my privileges in this company,and the manager and company can do what they want.
After this discution I tried to reach 3F staff and spoke about this conflict of interest and they said : Oh my,how? Nooo, it's so wrong and just ignore me and others collegues,so I PAID 3 YEARS FULL MEMBERSHIP FOR NOTHING THEY ARE WORTHLESS,DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THESE FELONS,THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT AND DO NOT REPRESENT YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM.

Only myths and legends about this…

Only myths and legends about this union. They work with the companies and making stories about they helped people but in fact they only can help you if you get fired by the wrong procedures and only if they want. I was paying for over 1 year the tax needed but when I needed them, they didn’t help me. I stopped paying immediately. Don’t waste your money. (My opinion)

I had a very unpleasant experience

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. They made misleading promises and assured me that they would assist if I paid for their services. However, in reality, they completely failed to deliver on any of their commitments and essentially scammed me, leading to significant losses. From my personal experience, I conclude that this is a dangerous organization, and I strongly recommend staying away from it.

My experience

Hello I want to leave a good review about Regimantas from Viborg.
With his experience, he helped me through the whole bill process. I am very grateful to him not only for his professionalism as a specialist, but also from a simple human side, such as emotional support and understanding how I feel, because he has practice not only as a 3f employee, but also as a client, so he understands what processes I have to go through. I highly recommend Regimanta, thank you again.
I wish everyone else not to give up, no matter how hard it is.

Regimantas from 3F union

They worst people in the world!!!!!

They worst people in the world!!!!!
Customer center staff working in 3f Århus rymarkern and københavn are extremely bad. They promised me more than 10 times tha someone would call me, nut never I got ONE call from them....they just hung up on me, while I was speaking and cut me down for not speaking Danish!!!! how selfish and unkind!!
I felt like they just recieve call and try not to help people. haha good for 3F business...
These two lady that took my call need to be fired... They are just TERRIBLE!!!

3f one of the greatest decisions I've made since moving to Denmark

Onc again 3f has helpt me. This time Henrik Hansen from 3f Horsens og omegn has helpt me throughout entire proces after i was fired while on sick-leav. We have started the case and sucsesfuly wan it against my previous employe.
I highly recommend on joining this union , they will always help every step of the way when your employer is unfair

Where is the promised raise

Where is the promised raise? It has been 3 months and I have not been paid according to the last negotiation made by the Union. So nobody takes the Union seriously. It is the weakest trade union in Europe. I am ashamed that I have paid for nothing for so many years people like those who lead this Union. You only tell lies. You should pay me for lying. Shame on you!!!

Very bad experience

I was working as a chuffer and the Company did not pay my month salary. I have all evidences to show that. 3f did not help me to get my money and when I call they promise to call back and they don’t and finally when I talk to one of them they are shouting at me and talk with not nice tone. Very bad experience.

No help when I was needed most ,I payed for nothing .

I didn't received help to find a job when I was needed ,most important was that I was incapable to pay monthly the fee back to 3f ,and that is like a chain .
I don't receive any more help and I was disappointed and disgusted about the solution that they found .
Solution, nothing.
