Ordered shoes, too big. Sent them back according to return instructions and paid shipping from the UK. They refused the package. Contacted customer service, no response.

Great shoes, great prices! Being based in the UK I had not heard of Allike but they had good reviews so I thought I would take a chance - and they were as great as everyone is saying! Fast international delivery, well packaged, great prices for the trainers that I was having trouble finding, absolutely great from start to finish!

First time customer, was somewhat skeptical about ordering from overseas however super quick delivery & overall professional from Allike Store.

First time ordering from this shop. Shipping was fast, but pricey( in the U.S.). Communication through emails isn't too bad either; just wish the reply timing was a bit faster. Wish they did exchanges, as the sizing system was confusing and purchased the wrong size. Would cost me more to return the item and then get the right size.. Overall, still a nice experience...ust a bit bummed, as I've been searching high and low for this particular shoe without the ridiculous price gouging going on. They're literally the only one's that are still reasonable.

Wow! After communicating back and forth through emails with customer service, they DEFINITELY did more then assist and found a resolution that worked for me! Thank you again to the team at Allike and coming through, better then I expected!

The quality of the product was excellent. I bought the adidas gazelle and it was true to size. I placed the order on 15/09/2024 and it was sent the next day. In less than a week I had the shoes.

Ordered a pair of Adidas gazelle bold on September 18th, and it got to me (in Portugal) not even a week later, on the 24th. Amazing price, nicely packed, fast delivery, and the product looked just like expected. I recommend it!

I ordered my Adidas Sambas 6 days ago and they have just arrived!
I was skeptical at first, but the shoes are great, the customer service was respondent and helpful, and the delivery was super quick. Will for sure order again.

I bought the HOKA Mafate Speed 2 Origins shoes on the 4th of September, I received them defective, after contacting their customer service and receiving no response, I took care of the return economically. After weeks with no response and after writing to them again, Léia contacted me and some time later Sami, quite unfriendly and without offering solutions or alternatives to my case. The return process took until the 7th of October, more than a month without any answer, and not only they didn't take care of the shipping costs, they didn't take care of the return costs either. The user experience is terrible, I do not recommend it.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they came within the estimated delivery really impressed, product in perfect condition couldn’t be happier 🙌🏼

I searched especially for a super rare Adidas x human made jacket and here I got lucky and found it. It was the last item and even so with a great discount and free delivery it arrived super quick.

So happy to have come across this store. The only place online that was not sold out of my size in the trainers I wanted. Allike Sore were fast to dispatch my order and the shipping was brilliant. I was kept informed all the way and it only took a few days for my trainers to reach me in the UK.
