Shady, dishonest, untrustworthy business with dangerous, unsuitable products with awful support and no warranty

Bought solar shower on 12/09/2024 for €128.49. It repeatedly fell and broke. After purchasing multiple replacement parts from Arebos for €170.76, I hired a professional to install it. He identified the provided anchor bolts were unsuitable (the anchors are ~5 cm but the bolts are ~2.5 cm, so they never reach the tightening bottom of the anchor and remain loose). Complained on 08/07/2025. Arebos inaccurately replied I claimed (and proved) the defectiveness of the purchased item outside the one-year period (I claimed it within 8 months) and the bolts shrunk multiple centimeters due to wear and tear and/or product misuse (?!) and refused to compensate (!).

Update (09/01/2025): The statutory warranty period (2 years) had (and has) not expired. I bought the solar shower on 12/09/2024 and complained on 08/07/2025.
