Terrible company. They lost my shoes wouldn’t send me a new pair. Made me wait a month before they give me a refund and still wouldn’t send me a new pair of shoes at the same price as the other ones. With all these complaints, we need to file with FTC so they start looking into this company and hire better employees and quit abusing their customers and using our money to run their business and not giving us product. Beth Cross you’re going down.

I purchased a pair of boots and actually received them promptly. However...... . They didnt fit so I returned them the next day to exchange for a different size. They received my return on January 26th. Today is February 7th and I still dont have my order. I called them 2 days ago and they said the system never updated the return so the promised to send them free 2 day shipping. I called back today, 2 days later, and they finally sent me a tracking number and after checking, they haven't even sent them out yet!! Ridiculous!! You might as well return and get a refund and then purchase again. Wow! Such incompetence! And the agents act like.... oh well.... is there anything else I can do for you? What a joke!
I purchased a pair of boots which have been worn 2-3 times! The tongue of the boot is completely eviscerated!

I walked away from Ariat but came back to try them again based on a friends recommendation that they had improved. They have not, my boots fell apart in 2 months. I was told I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours which they never called me back. I called again and they said I don’t know why someone told you that we will get back to you so soon and then promised to hear back the same day or the next- still haven’t hear back. Terrible customer service- terrible product quality.

I purchased a pair of men’s leather dealers boots £150 aprox, they basically fell to pieces, the leather bands on the heel went first followed by the rest of the boots, I stupidly purchased another pair and they went exactly the same, shockingly poor quality, you will get more life out of a pair of screwfix dealers for £30 .
If I could give a zero I would, their customer service is probably the worst I have came across in a long time. I should have came on and read the reviews before ordering directly from Ariat, thinking that it would be better to order direct. I ordered some boots as a gift for Christmas, they came and did not fit. I started the return process what a joke to say the least. It has now been over three weeks, I have called 5 times, asked for a supervisor 3 times and one is never available. I just received an email today that my exchange has shipped. Oh that was funny. If you finish reading the email it said that a refund was being processed in another 8-10 days. If I wouldn't have read the entire email I would have waited for a shipment. I called once again and talked to Phoenix, she was rude and not much help at all. Just that I have to wait 8-10 days for a refund. I am calling my bank today. After 5 calls and still no call back from a supervisor. They were even charging me more for my new exchange order for the same thing. Be careful with this company

I’m highly disappointed in Ariat to say the least. I ordered men’s slippers for my boyfriend for Christmas. One of the slippers was defective, so I exchanged them. Not only did I never receive an exchange but I was sent an email saying (I am paraphrasing) “your return has been processed 0.00$. I then emailed seeing is I was receiving my exchange because it had been weeks. To this day it’s been a month. Instead of a real person helping me I received two of the exact emails on the email thread that told me basically sorry you’re unhappy with the product and how to go about returning the product. Not only had I already returned the product and the product was received and processed but I had no exchange and no refund so that automative email was not only not helpful but highly obnoxious. I called customer service where it seems customer service must work remote. This guy answered and it sounded like he was driving. He couldn’t hear anything I was saying and I heard a lot of echoing of my own voice from his end. He told me he would forward the issue and seemingly took down my email but nothing ever came from that. No email was sent. It was pointless. I will now call my bank today to make a claim to get my money back. Like I said highly disappointed in this brand and the customer service.

Good products but the customer service is non existent if you have any problems including faults they won’t respond to you. Not sure if this is a company practice but it’s against the consumer rights act. If you’re going to purchase use a credit card so someone can fight your corner because they will ignore your requests. Ironically email the about a bulk order they get straight back to you

Poor customer service and communication. I bought a pair of boots for a Christmas present. They were shipped and received. The day after Christmas I returned and requested a smaller size. After many emails and phone conversations I gave up trying to get a tracking number and requested a refund. My return was accepted on Jan 5. No one can give me any info except all supervisors are in a meeting. Ariat should be better than this. No phone calls and one e mail this morning stating my case was closed. Another call to them and another useless promise.

Bought a pair of sneakers, it took one month to ship?? when phoned customer service she was extremely rude and condescending, not willing to help or listen, appalling!! wanted to cancel order since it took so long to ship, they said no. waited still not shipped, did a chat online with a customer service, said sorry we will refund you , it has been issued, was never issued, so actually lying to customer as well!! Sneaker eventually turned up, after a month!! buyer be aware, i would never purchase from them ever again, crappy company

I am absolutely gutted. I have worn Ariat clothes and boots for over 20 years. All my riding boots and clothing is all Ariat, and all the cowboy boots I use as leisurewear are all Ariat. When I have contacted customer support previously they have been fabulous (admittedly the last time I contacted them was several years ago). As we came into winter I purchased a £70 fleece. I have to admit I thought it felt thin, but as I had never had a quality issue before I gave them the benefit of the doubt and kept it. The first wash and the fleece has clumped, leaving bald bits around each clump. I emailed asking if this was normal. I got no response. A month later I chased it up as I couldn’t believe I was being ignored. But no response again, I am being ignored! Faulty product can be rectified, but bad customer service is inexcusable and has shaken my confidence in the brand. That was my last purchase of Ariat, sorry.
Ariat is NOT "Ariat" anymore. The Company sold to "corporates" and manufacture farmed out to all the usual 3rd world countries. As Ariat made it quite impossible to return an item (due to their collapsing customer service dept, along with the entire corporate office), it was easier to keep them, even though they seem to have been made (and feel it) in 2 different factories (both in Bangladesh by the way, not USA): The left shoe factory and the right shoe company. If I could attach a photo here, you'd see left boot pull-up strap over 1/4" wider and mounted higher on the right boot. Ariat is NOT the Ariat of legend anymore and hasn't been for some time now.

Zero stars. Horrible customer service. Ordered something Nov 17 to Canada and have not received it. Spent hours on the phone on hold being transferred ect. No response I’ve emailed 6 times with no updates and no responses to the emails. Horrible company.

I sent multiple emails and sent hours on the phone. The refund after the bad review does not change my mind about the customer service.

I ordered this with PLALTY of time to get it here by Christmas - it was my wife's gift, and now it's like they just dropped the ball 💔. Over 2 requests for updates, and all I get is "pending" with UPS, but NO SHIPMENT 😡. Label generated? Yeah, looks like it just magically stopped 😂. Ruined what was supposed to be a special Xmas for my wife 🙅♂️. Would NOT recommend. 1/5 stars, and that's being generous 🙄

After wearing my boots for maybe 4 months, the heel wrapper that looks like leather started peeling off. I was walking on a farm in some dirt which is normal but it looked like striped leather wallpaper and underneath was pvc white plastic heel. I was so disappointed. These were expensive boots and I would think you would get quality materials. I was at a three day event and this was the first day. So embarrassed by the white heal could not wear them the rest of the event.

The most appalling customer service! I’m shocked! I ordered a pair of boots on December 1st. Today is the 18th and I’ve received no shipping confirmation. I’ve sent multiple emails and received no response. I sent a message on social media and got a response assuring me that someone would respond on email. I’ve received no email. I really wish I had come on here and read all the terrible reviews; I wouldn’t have dared order from this store. What is especially disappointing is reading the countless apologies from Ariat on here promising to make things right, but clearly there has been no change in customer service. I now don’t even know whether to wait indefinitely for my order, or try and get a refund which according to reviews can take forever to get. Hugely unprofessional and disappointing!

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel an order that wasn't confirmed- reached out to the customer service email, spoke with rep all over the course of 6 days. She advised she would talk to her supervisor since the order wasnt filled yet , she ignored my emails for two days then all of a sudden I get a shipped notification! Web site said 5-7 business days as soon as I hit place order it came up dec.31st ( which was no good for a christmas present)....Terrible customer service. I bought the boots at a retailer for cheaper and now have to wait months to get a return- absolutely ridiculous since the order didn't even need to be filled
