Bought a bag in person when the shop existed in Aarhus, paid nearly 1,500 dkk around a year the seams (on the leather AND in the fabric pockets) came apart and the strap broke. Contacted customer service and they wolds only accept a paper receipt (I can only find my mobilepay payment) so will not do anything to fix it. I would have to take it to get it fixed at my own cost. Would not recommend!
Birkmond is a true representation of what Denmark means to me: quality, design and a smile. I purchased a Firenze bag and I can already say that this will be a staple that will accompany me for many years.
I discovered this brand via my Danish colleague, who visited us in Autria. I liked the style of his computer bag pretty much (leather). I asked him about the quality and where he bought it. This is how i got in touch with Birkmond. Altought they don't have a website in English, i contacted them and my contact there (M#t#e) was very reactive and sent me different pictures of the kind of bags they have. She sent me advices (based on the size of my computer and the usage i planned to have) but never pushed me to buy. I finally took the decision for a NewYork D model (the same as my colleague finally :-DDD).
I just received my bag - and i am already in love with the product.
So far, it's 200% recommendation from my side. I wish such service would be a standard everywhere.
