100% Satisfaction or your get your money back? Don’t believe a worth of it!
I ordered a book (180€) which was supposed to be delivered 8 days ago. I’ve been calling and mailing CEWE for four days now and the only thing they can tell me is that “they will look into it and will respond within three business days. TERRIBLE SERVICE - you don’t even get an apology!
This order was supposed to be a present for a friend… well guess what… it didn’t arrive in time for the party! Terrible!!!
Never will I order again from this company and highly discourage anyone who would consider doing business with them.

La qualité des impressions photos n'est vraiment pas trés bonne du tout!
Pourtant en fournissant des photos HD.. les photos sont sombre et la définition n'est pas trés bonne...
Vraiment déçu et la qualité de la couverture des livres est à revoir, je trouve que ca fait cheap!
En un mot pas "génial" pour usage pro photographe .... je ne recommande pas... The quality of the photo prints is really not very good at all!
The photos are dark and the definition is not very good... so I'm really disappointed.
Really disappointed and the quality of the cover of books is to review, I think it looks cheap!
In a word not ‘great’ for use pro photographer .... I do not recommend ...

I ordered a large photobook. It arrived yesterday and I didn't know what to expect when I opened the box, never having ordered anything like this before. I was blown away by the quality of the printing, the way the book was put together, the stunning hard cover and the lovely gift box. I couldn't have been more pleased and the book was made and delivered super quick too. Worth every penny and then some.

What a waste of time and money. The picture wasn’t printed correctly and when this was raised with customer services, there are still disputes 3 weeks later.
If you want to buy pictures from a company who has no quality control, disregard for their customers and overcharge then you’ve come to the right place!
