Delivery delayed, item not on stock, wait time 5 months....
After placing order, the item went off the shelf and was claimed status: Delivery after stock. OK... I get mail that the item will be available in KW5.... After 2 more weeks from that (from KW5), I wrote to their support, and got response that item will be in stock in KW12 (Probably).... bassically item ordered in November 2025., would be, MAYBE, delivered in March 2026. Canceled my order and waiting for refund. If you don't have an item on your stock.... please remove it from your store and put status unavailable.... not for customers to wait 5 months.... P.S. They are still selling that exact item with delayed delivery....

Bought 2 GPU's, 09.01.26, also got a confirmation E-mail with delivery date, paid in full upfront, 7 in stock after i ordered and had a Coupon.
Checked the Delivery schedule on 12.01.26, order got cancelled, no notification, no email; nothing.
Contacted Support, after getting interrogated by chat bot i get connected to an Agent who greets me with: "your article xxxxxxxx is sold out."
No Hello, good day, sorry nothing.
Asked why I didn't get informed and what are the options now as the Coupon isn't valid any more.
Agents Answer:"your article xxxxxxxx is sold out."
i assured the Agent that i read and understood her statement, but looking for a solution, as i got a Order Confirmation, Delivery date and paid for it.
45min with no interaction from the Agent, i get told that a "technician" contacts me via email.
3hours later i get a Notified the money got returned.
13.01.26 the "technician" contacted me, it was the same Agent from the live chat.
Email contents:
Thank you for your email.
We regret to inform you that the item you requested/ordered, item number xxxxxxx, is already sold out.
If you have already paid in advance, we will process your refund shortly.
We hope you will continue to place your trust in us in the future.

Absolute shipwreck of a Costumer Service.
P.S.: hello Conrad-Team that is your standard procedure, to post and reply with cookie cutter answer pretending to care.
I had contacted this email already, as I looked for any solution and contact point.
That's how I found thousands of other reviews that discribe the same procedure I experienced.
So sincerely I hope the reports help to inform other ppl to never become a "customer"

Order cancelled after a week of silence
I ordered an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D on December 10th. Despite contacting support multiple times to check on the shipping status, I never received a reply. After a full week of waiting, they simply cancelled my order on the 17th without providing any explanation. This was a complete waste of time.

Avoid like the plague
Impossibly difficult to deal with. Website states they have stock, sales personnel indicate that they dont have the stock and when you query further they come back and confirm the stock and give you an invoice to pay upfront. We waited for weeks for the package to show up and when it did - it was an empty box. Complete Scam - avoid. This company is a disgrace to Germany

Worst shop I've used
My advice: shop somewhere else. I ordered an urgently needed item as a company, and was told during checkout I could use invoice payment. Checked some days later, only to see that it had gotten switched to pre-payment via bank... with zero email notifications sent to me. I paid via bank immediately, using an instant bank transfer. And sent them a customer support inquiry. Now almost 10 days later the order has not moved at all, and I have no reply from their customer service. Seems impossible to reach them.

Conrad is one of the few online electronics stores that still offers customers the opportunity to save money through corporate benefits or student discounts. Even on the latest products!
Unfortunately, even very expensive goods are not packaged properly. My iPhone 17 Pro was packaged without any padding. For a €1,300 product, I expect more careful handling.

It's been 5 days since my first review, and this company still hasn't had the courtesy to reply to my issue with my missing order. They gave a quick response to my first negative review (to give other readers the impression they take their customers issues seriously), and I sent the requested information to the provided email address, only to get a snooty reply saying, 'We don't deal with this - we'll pass it on to the right person' And then they have the cheek to tell me to be patient!
5 Days later, still no reply and still no refund. If this is how they treat business customers, god help smaller customers.
I've reported the company to the payment processor and await confirmation of a chargeback.
If you want to receive the goods you paid for, use another company.

I bought a Leica Microscope on 03.03.25 for professional working purposes, first on, the website informed that they have it stock, later I had to call them, to ask what actually happened, no e-mail about sorry nor estimate delivery date for it. Last week I called them, they made it sure to me that I would get it by this week. Yesterday a huge surprise they have sent me the microscope without the ocular's!
after emails exchange IT WAS THE RIGHT ITEM, but please change the picture to one with no oculars!!! And write about the oculars with CAPITAL LETTERS ON YOUR WEBSITE, perhaps even on the beginning of your product description!
I'm very disappointed! it looks to me as an unserious business model to bait the client to buy and pay, after that, they order it from the manufacturer to ship it to you. We are talking about an almost 3.000 euros product!
Without to mention that I returned immediately something to them that I bought together with the microscope and until now I haven't seen any refund yet, the good returns happened longer then 10 days ago!!!
Really unpleasant experience trying to buy local, help the economy on your country and look what you get! bla bla bla!!!!!!
By the way, I already reported my case last night per email and today per phone around 8am! I‘m supposed to get a callback from your company! So far not even a sign from any worker! 12:04 pm

If you’re looking for something specific, you might have to dig a bit or settle for an alternative. It’s a decent place, but I wish their stock was a little more consistent. I’d say it’s worth a visit, though, especially if you’re in the market for reliable tech.
