Be careful to read clauses and limitations. I bought as extra service the roadside assistance but when I called them from Switzerland, they informed me that no service was included there because Swiss is not an EU country...
After this request of assistance, they asked me a renewal with 56% of increasing!

Their support works very well. I’m kind of person that likes to stuff the tons of paperwork and insurance peculiarities, was glad to contact someone who can explain it in simple words:) So, the call center was a lot helpful. Price for car insurance is accessible, below market average. One minus, is later was explained to me, the max covered insurance for small car crushes could be a bit higher.

They don't pay and don't explain why
To get an answer gets weeks. We didn't manage to get an explanation for reimbursed amount. They agreed 150 euro from 430 euro of our request, didn't explain why (although we asked 5 times) and they didn't pay any euro as a result. So, I'm only lucky that I managed to send a closing contract request before 1 month for the 1 year contract ending. So, we paid 2 years for nothing.

Just a note that I asked several operators if it was possible to send me a policy, even a paper one, I was sure it was possible, but nothing arrived.
Maybe I misunderstood something...
