I have 3 different packages from 3 different senders. Who unfortunatly choose to use DHL. All packages are very late, with zero tracking updates.

The worst delivery service I've ever dealt with.
My package was supposed to be delivered to my home (or at least this is what I understood). But I was surprised that they already chose a pick up point without giving me the option to change it.
I don't care what they agreed with the supplier. I had to pick that heavy package and walk with it for about half a kilometer since I didn't have a car. And I lost my gloves while carrying the package.

They "couldn't deliver" due to lack of time, and the person who was supposed to deliver my package happened to take care of it the next day so now it's gone and can't be found, I've called DHL for about 3 weeks and they can't do anything. WHAT ARE THEY DOING AT DHL? A bag worth over 600 SEK is gone and since they can't find the package they say it can't be sent back to the company that sent it, so I won't get my money back either. DHL gets the worst rating from me. What if it was even more expensive things I bought?

I sent a parcel with them 12/12-2025. It contains 3000kr worth of material. The receiver could not pick it up. 2 weeks later I get info that it was picked up. I contact them they said no it was not picked up it will be returned I will get new info. 4 weeks later I contact them again they say they can not return it to me but to pick it up from warehouse they will tell me when. 2 weeks later I contact them again they say I have until this very day 18 o clock to come collect it immediately.
I ask for my rights of compensation, my right to just get my parcel returned like a normal situation, and not have to drive 45 minutes after work with my child from kindergarten to bring my package because I did the horrible mistake of sending with DHL for 130kr instead of PostNord for 250kr

Had booked home delivery and the package got delivered to a collection point. What made it worse was there is a collection point very close to where I live but dhl decided to deliver it to a collection point several kilometres away

Even HDL Express takes 4 days to send a shipment from Denmark to Istanbul. The service is expensive, the administrative procedures are complicated, and the delivery speed is low. You should consider a better shipping service.

Was obligated to use a drivers license to pick up a package from a box,and I don't own one , I had to generate a barcode with my Personal number to unlock it and pick up a package after calling them for help and they said there's nothing we could do about it .

I have been waiting for my delivery and following the status online. When no package showed up I called them to find out that the company for some mysterious reason changed the tracking number and the delivery will be delayed for 5 days. The package was sent from a nearby town and according to the customer service it is in my town but yet I can’t pick it up. When asked about how come I am not updated as a customer on the change and why one package is addressed two tracking numbers, I get no answers. I can’t really complain or get compensation according to company policy. They don’t hold themselves responsible for any inconvenience they cause the customer.

Got a SMS about a package that was ready for delivery and a link to verify myself electronically. But I never got an address on where I can go and get he packet. Neither in the SMS or on the link destination. - They. Might not know what they are doing!
I do not (neither should you) verify a packet electronically until I am at the delivery sight, or the packet with valuables will disappear and marked as delivered!! Someone else can simply pick up the packet, or someone at the postal office.

Incompetent, user-unfriendly and clueless to say the least!
We ordered an item from abroad, they did the customs clearance without checking with us and taking our concent for the terms, and when a day later we decided that item was not suitable and we wanted to return it back they refused to do the refund of the taxes! We paid almost 900 aed for the taxes and these crooks said they are not in charge to do the outward clearance and tax refund!
Hello!? We shipped the item back to UK again by DHL to have full traceability and actually spent a lot more just to help YOU to do YOUR job! The tax authorities told us straight forward - we didn't get the taxes paid from you but from DHL, it must be them to get the refund.
But these clowns refuse to return our money back.
Extremely unhappy and would not recommend anyone to use their overpriced service!!

if you are really keen to assist here's the outward AWB 1338508625 - item left the UAE and taxes shall be refunded back to us, as per Tax Authorities this can only be done by the same person/company who did the inward clearance, who is DHL.

My package was not in the postbox, but someone else's parcel. The parcel was handed to the person it belonged to, but my package was marked as delivered. This package must still be there somewhere, but DHL are not helpful or willing to look for lost packages.
