I returned three items in a single parcel via UPS (carrier imposed by FARFETCH).
The return was initially confirmed as complete by customer service, after which FARFETCH suddenly claimed that one item was missing — without providing any evidence whatsoever.
No supporting documentation has ever been shared with me:
• no photos of the parcel or its contents upon receipt,
• no parcel opening report,
• no information regarding any UPS weight discrepancy.
After completing two separate returns, one of which is now allegedly considered “incomplete”, I nevertheless continued to receive emails confirming that my returns had been registered and indicating potential refunds, yet no actual refund was processed.
These contradictory communications clearly point to an internal processing error: returns were received at different warehouses, while the system is unified and the order itself was a single order, resulting in a misallocation of items.
It is therefore entirely plausible that the disputed item was incorrectly registered or attributed to another return and is in fact still in FARFETCH’s possession.
Despite these facts, FARFETCH refuses to correct the error or conduct a proper investigation, instead attempting to shift responsibility onto the customer.
Unacceptable behavior for a company of this size.
I strongly do not recommend FARFETCH when returns become even slightly complex.

APPALLING, I have stayed in 3 separate days waiting on collection of 3 packages. I have phoned and emailed customer service a total of 8 times now and am beyond frustrated. ‘Easy returns’ ????? Premium service?????

Order not shipping out for the second week. Customer service said they dont know when it will ship out and offered a refund. The problem is they are now saying they are investigating it and ghosting the refund they offered me themselves for the 4th day in a row. Terrible company

The worst online experience. I tried two times to buy a pair of shoes I really liked.
First time ,near Black Friday, they sent the order and it was pending for delivery for 3 weeks until they sent it back and I took a refund.
Second time the shoes were again available I make the order and they deliver them to a wrong place with a signature of a person I don’t even know. I tried 3 times with their costumer service to find out what happened but they told me they can’t do anything because the order had been delivered.
I lost my near 120€ without any fault from my side.
It’s so bad treating your customers in that way.

Trying to return the items is a nightmare. They make you guess what to do and spend a whole day.
They don't give you the courier bar code, only the courier name, so the courier won't accept the parcel.
Amazing way to waste your day and money.

I have found a Chanel bag recently, that was extremely cheap, or even that cheap, that you would have thought it could pass by as a present. I immediately bought it, but shortly afterwards, they told me it wasn’t available any longer and they transferred the money back to me. I can’t tell you how sad and disappointed I was, but couldn’t do anything to them legally, because their partner is located in Dubai. And they didn’t even properly apologize, which I think is just embarrassing. I mean it’s just against the law, what they did…

I had a very disappointing return experience with Farfetch.
A return pickup was scheduled twice, yet no courier arrived and no one contacted me on either occasion. I had to follow up multiple times, wasting time and effort just to get basic coordination done.
