It took a long time for them to ship my order. Placed order on January 19. They gave an estimated ship date of February 6. It’s now February 12 and my order has still not arrived.

Entire process very easy from finding sizes to ordering.
Ordering, payment were very good. Delivery on the other hand was pretty terrible. Yes, I was notified of the delivery but driver was apparently afraid to actually bring package to the entrance of my house and left the package by the road. Luckily it was retrieved from a snow bank.

I haven't received my filter yet so I can't comment on that so far. However, I was unhappy because I intentionally did not subscribe to automatic repurchases. I then received an email thanking me for subscribing; although I did not do that. I replied that I didn't & never received any other communication that they acknowledged that?!
I clicked on 20"x20" house filters to purchase. 10"X10" filters showed up. Not sure if your site is so hard to use you can't get the correct items or if you shipped the wrong filters. Either way I won't do business with y'all again. I'll get all my filters somewhere else from now on.

I paid for expedited shipping and my order has still not arrived. The tracking now says it will arrive Saturday. Customer service was quick to respond when contacted and are going to be refunding the expedited shipping fee.
